Cala’n Bosch
Pure white sand and crystal clear waters, together with all the amenities you could wish for and an upbeat atmosphere. This is Cala’n Bosch, in Menorca.
The modern resort of Cala’n Bosch can be found on the extreme south west coast of Menorca, approximately 10km south of Ciutadella, and some 56km west from Mahon and Menorca’s
International airport.
The resort and beach is joined with Son Xoriguer and is gaining in popularity as an all round good family holiday destination in Menorca.
Around town
Cala’n Bosch is a modern resort town with a beautiful harbour, which is the place to head in the
evenings to soak up the lively atmosphere and enjoy a wonderful seafood meal. Here there are stalls selling wonderful local artisan arts and crafts.
If you want to explore town the lazy way, there is a mini train, which runs around the resort and into the neighbouring district of Son Xoriguer.
The town offers all the amenities and facilities you need to enjoy your holiday, including bars,
restaurants, supermarkets, banks and chemists. For a more substantial shop you should visit the nearby town of Ciutadella.
Beach
The beaches of Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer are to die for; crystal clear waters lap gently along the pure white sand. They also provide an excellent water sport environment and good
facilities.

There are water sports businesses on both the Cala’n Bosch and Son Xoriguer beaches, which offer sailing and windsurfing lessons and equipment hire, catamaran sailing, canoeing
and water skiing.

Head to the marina where the majority of bars and restaurants can be found. Anything from wonderful seafood restaurants to quick take away menus.
Climate
Menorca enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate, with often very warm temperatures even in the winter. The summer months are long and lazy, with plenty of sunshine to enjoy.
