-ACCESS NOT ALLOWED TO UNREGISTERED PERSONS. VISITS AND GUESTS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONCEPT. PARTIES / EVENTS NOT ALLOWED.

-DO NOT THROW ANY OBJECTS INTO THE TOILET. THE DRAINS ARE CHECKED AFTER EACH CHECK-OUT; UNLOCK CHARGE: € 150.00. You can ask for a drainage check upon arrival.
-SHARED POOLS: OBSERVE THE SAFETY REGULATIONS EXPOSED ON SIGNS. CHILDREN NEVER ALONE, ALWAYS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT. DURING PERIODS OF OFFICIAL RESTRICTIONS DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC OR OTHER REASONS, RESPECT THE SHIFTS, ALLOWED CAPACITY AND ALLOCATED SPACES THAT ARE MANDATORY.
-COLD AND HOT WATER: Be brief in its use, it is a scarce good. Hot water is not infinite, use sparingly.
-PETS: Admitted one per house with prior authorization. Breeds considered dangerous by Spanish legislation are not allowed: Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu or any other that due to their attitude we consider a danger to accommodation, their belongings or other people. In no case can they use beds, sofas, furniture or a pool or cause inconvenience to their neighbors. Make sure your pet always relieve himself outside the enclosure. Never leave your pet alone inside the apartment or let it go outside.
-RESERVATIONS: 50% total amount in advance, rest on arrival + Deposit + extra charges. All reservations are non-transferable, we do not accept reservations for third parties or exchange of people during the duration of the same. At the moment, reservations for groups of more than six people are not allowed. Minimum reservation: 2 nights. July, August and special periods: 6 nights, Long weekends: 3 or 4 nights. Amounts are not returned on account although changes of dates may be considered depending on availability and convenience. Reservations canceled 14 days before or less than the check-in date, without refund or exchange.
Guarantees are established, the amount of which depends on the nature of the reservation, which will be returned, if applicable, within 7 days of the departure date. THE OBJECTIVE THAT IS PURSUED WITH THE DEPOSIT THAT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED IS THAT, ON YOUR DEPARTURE, YOU LEAVE THE FACILITIES IN THE SAME EXISTING CONDITION ON YOUR ARRIVAL AND THAT IT COMPLIES WITH THE PRESENT REGULATIONS. Any extras requested will be charged in advance and will be subject to availability.
-Never use liquid fuels to light the fireplace or leave it burning in your absence. The firewood must fit inside the fireplace and never protrude. Be responsible with its use and contact the management for ash removal.
-The natural park where you are is perfectly preserved. Never throw anything on the ground inside or outside the enclosure and do not leave anything abandoned on your walks and please respect nature. When observing wildlife, do so in silence and remember that it is strictly forbidden to make fires, collect plants, trap or disturb animals, and drive on roads with unauthorized vehicles. Outdoor barbecues can only be lit in periods authorized by the authority.
-Any deterioration, breakage, stain, disappearance, etc. produced in the equipment of the apartment / room / exterior etc. for your pet, for you or your companions, entails for you the imputation of the corresponding economic charge for its restitution, repair or cleaning. Any breach of these regulations will be cause for the cancellation of your reservation and expulsion from the facilities without the right to any refund.
-By admitting your reservation, it is established that the parties agree, waiving any other jurisdiction and jurisdiction that may correspond to them, expressly submit to Spanish law and the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Jaén.

MAGINA DREAM LA GUARDIA TURISMO RURAL. PREVENTION AND HYGIENE MEASURES Derived from Royal Decree-Law 21/2020, of June 9, on urgent prevention, containment and coordination measures to face the health crisis caused by COVID-19.

TO / ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE GUESTS: The check-in will take place in a previously disinfected place. At this time, the internal protocols and regulations for the prevention of contagion inside the facilities will be explained to the guests and the document that certifies the acceptance of said regulations will be signed. Guests will be advised to shower after each access to the premises from outside.

B / DURING THE GUESTS 'STAY: Social distance protocols are established in common areas and access to the community pool ordered by current legislation. It establishes the prohibition of access to the facilities of the rural complex to any person outside the reserve.

THE USE OF THE POOL WILL BE ARTICULATED IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:

• The space inside the pool enclosure has been divided and marked into five spaces separated by 1.5 meter unusable islands for the correct safety distance between the different groups of guests.
• The pool capacity is set at 50% of the total capacity.
• The pool and the marked spaces within its enclosure may only be used simultaneously by a maximum of three people from each apartment and during their stay within the aforementioned enclosure, they may only remain within one of the marked areas or within the pool . In no case should they invade the marked border areas or the unusable areas marked with an "X". Inside the pool, the recommendation to keep 1.5 meters between people of different groups will also be indicated. Objects deposited in spaces used after use of the facility may not be left.
• It is established that people who use the pool must shower in their apartment before entering the pool area and access with specific footwear that is only used in said facility.
• If it is observed that the clientele does not comply with the regulations required above, daily shifts or rotating hours of access to the pool will be established per apartment. The turn of the first daily or hourly access will be established by lottery and the others will follow the numerical order of their respective apartment numbers. If, even so, it is not possible to restore order and compliance with these regulations, the pool will be closed until the rational use of it by guests is guaranteed.
In the washing machine area it is established that before use and handling, guests must disinfect their hands with hydroalcoholic gel provided in the aforementioned space. The washing machine should only be used for full washing machines, clean clothes must be removed after each wash and the entrance door to the enclosure closed after each access. All groups of guests must collectively or individually maintain a distance of 1.5 meters between them and must not touch or use items that do not belong to them or are not part of the equipment of their apartments. The apartment is delivered in perfect order, disinfection and cleanliness.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION EXTRACT FROM DECREE 194/2010, OF APRIL 20, ON ESTABLISHMENTS OF TOURIST APARTMENTS (Concerning the obligations of clients and internal regulations) Article 6. Rights and obligations of users. Users of tourist apartment establishments have the rights recognized, in general, to users of tourist services in article 23 of Law 12/1999, of December 15. Specifically, users will have the right to demand the conditions, characteristics and benefits concerning the establishment, which appear in the advertising or contracting offer made for its commercialization, in accordance with current regulations on advertising, electronic commerce and consumer protection and user. Users of tourist apartment establishments are subject to the obligations established in article 24 of Law 12/1999, of December 15. Specifically, they are obliged to formalize the admission document referred to in article 24 of this Decree, prior to using the facilities. Users of tourist apartment establishments are prohibited from: a) Bringing furniture into accommodation units or carrying out works or repairs on them, without the written authorization of the operating company. b) Accommodate a greater number of people than set in the previous reservation, which can never exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation unit. c) Carry out activities or use the accommodation unit for purposes other than the tourism for which it was hired. d) Introducing devices that increase the usual consumption of water, electricity or fuel, without authorization from the operating company. Article 31 Internal regulations regulations Tourist apartment establishments may have internal regulations establishing mandatory rules for users during their stay. The internal regulations may determine the conditions of admission, the rules of coexistence and operation, as well as everything that allows and favors the normal enjoyment of the facilities, equipment and services, without being able to contravene the provisions of Law 12/1999 , of December 15, nor in this Decree. 3. The internal regime regulations will always be available to users and will be displayed, at least in Spanish and English, in a visible place in the establishment's reception desk. If this does not exist, a printed copy will be available in each accommodation unit. Annex III: 2. If the operating period includes the months of October to April, both inclusive, they will be equipped with heating capable of reaching and maintaining an ambient temperature of 19ºC during use. As minimum. (In our establishments we ensure that the minimum temperature is 21ºC in winter and 23ºC in summer.)
