Bedroom 1 - with double bed, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower, handbasin, wc, bidet,) fully tiled with balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped which includes: gas cooker, very large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Crockery and full utensils for 8. Breakfast bar with stools.
The utility is situated recessed off the balcony with washing area, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Large lounge/diner with patio doors onto the very long balcony. The sea can be seen from within the apartment (with the boats coming into the harbour) and the mountains. There is a dining table and chairs which seats 8 people and two settees, one being a sofa bed. There is a large flat screen TV with HDMI cable for connecting to a laptop, DVD, ipod docking station and CD player in the lounge area.
The Main Balcony
The balcony runs along the whole width of the apartment approximately 12 – 14 metres. There are two sets of patio tables and chairs. The balcony is not recessed and there are roll out sun canopies for protection from the sun.
Four piece suite comprising, bath/shower, handbasin, wc and bidet. Fully tiled.
There is a secure underground parking slot in the garage with access by lift to the apartment.
The apartment is situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Aguilas town and 3 minutes walk to the sand beach. The leisure harbour, promenade and diving schools are within a 3 minute walk.
There is an indoor market in the centre of Aguilas which is open every day for fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Every Saturday morning there is a very large market which you can purchase fresh produce, clothes and household goods. There are many beaches in the town, several with blue flag status.
Aguilas is famous for its annual carnival, which normally takes place at the end of February. Many local towns and cities can be reached by the excellent train and bus public transport system with is a short walking distance from the apartment.
