Very well positioned in a lovely setting, and quite close to the centre of Soller (about 15 minutes walk). We were there for just over a week. There were no basic cleaning materials (eg washing up cloth and liquid, scourer, loo cleaner, powder for washing machine, etc) Plenty of loo rolls though! You can't buy these things in small quantities so the next tenants should have been well equipped! Only parking was on the road (description implied there was parking of road at the property.) We were also had to pay extra tourist tax on arrival, surely we should have been told about this tax when we booked a couple of months earlier. But we did have a lovely stay and the pool was very welcome.

The house was clean, spacious and had a nice atmosphere. However, we were a bit unhappily surprised to learn that the upstaris bedroom, which you can only enter from the garden, not from the rest of the house, did not have a key, meaning the person sleeping up there had to sleep in a room where anyone could just enter from the garden. In fairness it must be said that it would be hard to enter the garden from the street, but still as a principal, it should be possible to lock your door at night. Otherwise everything worked great in the house, and when we arrived there were fresh fruit and a bottle of wine to welcome us. As we stayed there in July we did miss air-conditioning. The house would greatly benifit from that in the sommer months. However, the add had said that the house did not have AC, so we knew before hand. Still the nights were very hot. The location of the house is perfect. You can walk to the center of charming Soller within 10-15 minutes. There is also a couple of local grocery stores within walking distance. The pool is wonderful and the views from the terraceses are great. All in all, we had a very nice stay
