APARTMENT 311 – INFORMATION SHEET

This luxury corner, double aspect, 2-bedroom raised Ground Floor Apartment (311) is set in a small, intimate Beachside complex of only 35-apartments & has great Sea and Beach and Pool views. From the Master Bedroom, you can lie in bed and see, hear and smell the Sea, and even at night, with our newly installed Mosquito blinds, you can enjoy that experience … alone!

The views from the lovely corner Terrace are quite unique. It is as though you are in touching distance of the Pool and the Beach and the Sea beyond. Nothing in between – except the fabulous new PASEO which opens up the whole coast to us! The Master Bedroom (and the Lounge/Dining Area) lead on to the lovely terrace which has Kettal sun-beds, a table and chairs for outdoor eating. A Gas BBQ can be provided. There are steps leading down to the Pool Area (Heated all year round to at least 27c - if the Sun is not sufficient - actually, that is only really August) and Garden area where there are also lots of sun-loungers (and umbrellas) which mean that you can sun-bathe towards the sun at any time of the day.
You can then use your own fingerprints through the Beachgate to access the wonderful, wide, Sandy beach beyond a strip of grass that is perfect for holiday ball games. The sea is wonderful in summer, and, for those brave enough, also out of season! If you are not brave enough pop back through the gate, rinse off any sand, and swim in the lovely nearly 20 metre pool which is ideal for lengths and playing. There is a shallow end with easy steps for the old and young alike.

The generously proportioned and tastefully decorated Bedrooms have very comfortable Beds (praised by Vanity Fair magazine) with luxurious linen and pillows. All the bedrooms have electronic shutters - so set the alarm if you want to wake up early!
The Master Bedroom (17.8sqm) is a double with en-suite marble Bathroom (9 sqm) (Jacuzzi Bath, powerful Walk-in Shower, Toilet and double sinks) and the other bedroom (13.4sqm) can be configured as singles or a Double. This bedroom has its own Bathroom (4.4 sqm) with a Toilet and Shower. There is also an additional Guest WC. Both bedrooms can comfortably accommodate a Z-Bed or a Cot.

As the Apartments are also used as Corporate Retreats, they have very fast Fibre Optic and high Bandwidth. You can play music through Amazon Alexa, also via the fabulous sound quality of Vita Audio.

The fabulous Open Plan Lounge / Dining area (42.2 sqm) boasts a 55" TV with Sound Bar (and a Playstation PS4) and a 40" TV in the Master Bedroom - both with full international iPTV channels, sports (every Premier League Match), thousands of movies and box sets and PIN Protected Adult Channels; Netflix, Prime and more. The Second Bedroom also has a TV with Terrestrial TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
There is a lovely dining area with a 6-seater Glass Table.

The well-appointed, marble Kitchen (10.2 sqm) is perfectly equipped so if you want to knock up a simple or gourmet meal, you have everything you need - and if there is something missing, please do not hesitate to ask and our Housekeeping team will try and find it for you. It has a full set of Siemens Appliances (including a "waist-height" dishwasher - so you do not even have to bend!). It even has a Filtered-water tap. Crockery, cutlery, pans, dishes are all of the highest El Corte Ingles quality. if you would prefer someone to come in and cook for you, we can arrange that - from basic culinary needs to a top chef or anything in between. All the appliances are of the highest quality in order to make everything easy for you. The fridge part of the fridge freezer can be a little small, so we have added a Drinks Cooler to ensure that you have plenty of space.
There is a Nespresso as standard and other Coffee Machines are available. Whatever else you want to make it Home From Home, please let us know and we will do our best to oblige. Waffle-maker anyone?

The Apartments are well built, modern and well equipped. The rooms are generously proportioned with high useable space measurements. All the bedrooms (and lounge) have European and UK multi-block power adapters as standard, including USB charger points. They all have TV and Sound systems with access to a wide range of viewing delights. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe space and plenty of Wooden hangers (feel free to ask for more if needed). The beds have luxurious Egyptian Cotton Sheets and plenty of Pillows (hypo-allergenic pillows available on request). The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ample mirrors and including a full length mirror on the inside of the Cupboard door. There is also a hotel-type safe in the master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom is 17.8 sq metres with a very large, comfortable King Sized double bed, bed-side tables and lights. There is an en-suite marble bathroom of 9 sq metres which has a fabulous Jacuzzi bath (with shower hose) as well as a large walk-in shower which is very powerful. There is a toilet and a double sink. You will find luxurious fluffy towels on the heated towel rail and a Hair Dryer in the drawer.

The Second Bedrooms (13.4 sq m) can either be laid out with a King Size Double Bed or Single Beds. This bedroom has a Shower Bathroom (4.9 sqm) which has the same powerful walk-in shower as the Master Bathroom and a Toilet and Sink - and heated towel rail. There is also a separate Guest WC (3sq m) - making 3 toilets in all.

Each of these Bedrooms has a TV on the wall and a Vita Audio, Alexa and Amazon Enabled, sound system.

Both bedrooms can have a Cot or a Z-Bed added.

The apartment has very effective Air-Conditioning and Heating Systems covering all Bedrooms and the Lounge / Dining Area, but for the sake of the planet and the electricity bills, please do not leave them on when you are out for the day or with the Patio doors open!

You can opt for Basic Housekeeping (a 2-hour relax clean every c4 days - with a Linen Change every other Clean) or, really relax with choices right up to Daily Cleans, turn down service (with or without a chocolate on your pillow!), a shopping or cooking service…. Actually, whatever you want from our in-house Housekeeping Team. There is a fully equipped Utility Room with Washing machine and Drier and iron - but if you really want a break from it all, our Housekeepers are happy to use them for you!

Interaction with guests

We actually live in the UK and visit Heaven as often as the school holidays of our 13-year old will allow. He has grown up at Heaven and we (and he) can vouch for the fact that it is a wonderful place for little ones to grow up in so many ways. So many good, international friends over the years.
Our wonderful on-site team will cater for all of your needs. If you arrive late our 24/7 Security will show you to your car space and apartment. I am passionate about ensuring that all of our Guests have a perfect holiday and I am always personally available at any time. We now offer Housekeeping and Cleaning - from the basics - to being in a hotel without the waiters.

Getting There

We are an easy 45 minute journey from Gibraltar or Malaga airports. Served by direct flights from many international business centres and a wide range of quality and low cost airlines, who offer fares to suit all budgets. We can pre-arrange airport transfers by Limousine, Cab, Mini-Bus or even an airport delivered Hire Car (with or without a driver for the first trip back to the Apartment). We are literally on the Beach, about 500 metres from the Main A7 Coastal Road at 164.5km (in Spain, the exits have very helpful kilometer markers). So, we are far enough away to hear only the Sea - and NOT the Road! There are lots of Beach Restaurants & Bars on the Beach, which are easily walkable (certainly there - and maybe a taxi back!) but most of the "commercial " eateries are around the Main Road. So, for some, 500 metres is merely a jaunt. For others it is a car ride away! Hiring a car is very reasonable in Spain (and we have reliable suppliers) and we are also blessed with really reliable local cab drivers - headed by Jose and his family - so, shopping trips, restaurants, day trips, are all easy with or without a hire car.

Further Details - Outdoors

Heaven Beach is an Oasis. Over 60% of our Guests are returners - many coming back several times a year for many years. We also have facilities to leave your belongings with us between trips. It has an unspoilt peace and tranquillity that is rare to find anywhere in Europe. State of the art CCTV, Ironclad protected fence and 24/7 manned security give you complete peace of mind. There are several Restaurants and Beach Bars within walking distance on the PASEO to the East and West down the Beach - with good taxi options back if you sample too much of their Sangria (!) but they are all far enough away so that you do not hear any of them on our Heavenly Beach! We are also 500 metres from the main A7 Coastal Road. Near enough to reach, but far enough not to hear! For the energetic, running in either direction on the Beach is (apparently) a joy, and the Complex has a fully equipped Gym with Table Tennis Table and Saunas.

When you are sufficiently relaxed (if that is possible!) you are only 8 minutes from the glitz and glamour of Puerto Banus and the charm of Marbella Old Town beyond, 8 minutes from the up and coming "Garden of Spain", Estepona, and the quaint village of Cancelada (3 minutes), the recently redesigned San Pedro (5 minutes); the culinary delights of the typical Spanish mountain village of Benahavis and a little further afield, Caseres, Ronda and many many more Andalucian delights. You are central to everything. There are far too many restaurants to list catering for all palates and budgets and diets - including plenty of Take-Away and Delivery options. The area is famed for its golf courses, with over 60 to choose from amongst San Roque, Sotogrande, Valderama and local Los Flamingos, El Retiro, Villa Padierna, El Paraiso, Atalya & Montemayor. If you play Tennis or Paddel, there is Bel Air Tennis Club with great coaches that we can vouch for - court and racquet hire and Villa Padierna Paddel & Tennis Club - both within 5 mins. There are lots of diversions for Children (of all ages - even adult ones!) - including play centres, Go Karting; Water Sports and Adventure climbing in the sea; Dolphin spotting trips…. The list is endless and we are very happy to point you in the right direction or make reservations for you.

The area

Although you have so much at Heaven and may be unlikely to need to travel anywhere (except along the PASEO and to the Water Sports Centre on the beach) you are central to everything. You can walk to a well-stocked local shop in about 6 minutes and a little further in Cancelada you can choose from Mercadona, Super Sol or Lidl; on the entrance to Estepona is a massive Carrefour and on the Ground Floor of El Corte Ingles as you enter Puerto Banus is Hipercor - where you will find the most incredible food choices. Late at night, till 1am 365 days a year, is Open Cor. On the PASEO along the lovely Sandy Beach, both to the West and the East of Heaven, you can walk to many fabulous Beach Bars and Restaurants…. Barraka Beach Bar, Tikitano, El Saladina, Pepe's; Sonora to name but a few…. All easily to walk to - and easy to get a taxi back from - as many serve great Sangria!

Skiing in the Sierra Nevada is within easy reach. Gibraltar is an easy 40 minute trip by car where you can do some great duty free shopping and visit the resident monkeys on the Rock of Gibraltar and the fabulous St Michael's Caves.

The apartment is lovely-very well equipped and is extremely comfortable. All amenities nearby-lots of choices. Pool was very much appreciated by my mother in law, clean and warm. Very quiet and peaceful. There was building work near by. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Just for info -the beach bar is no longer there-I believe it was burnt down. A little tricky to find. You get lots of useful information from the owner which really helps.

My partner and I stayed at Heaven Beach for 3 weeks from 19th December 2015 to 9th January 2016. The complex is extremely quiet (absolutely no road noise at all - the apartment is well away from the A7) and the apartment was very very comfortable (the pressure in the showers is amazing!). Heaven Beach is probably the best complex and apartment that we have ever stayed in. The gardens in the complex are immaculate and the view of the Med every morning to wake up to was beautiful. Linda the property manager is an extremely helpful person. The owners are lucky to have someone as efficient and friendly as she is managing the properties. There are some lovely restaurants nearby particularly in San Pedro and we would particularly recommend Da Bruno in San Pedro. Thank you again Maya for all your help with our booking. We will certainly be returning at some point.

Have just returned from a wonderful week at this gorgeous apartment. Beautifully furnished and with all the amenities you need for a really relaxing stay. The heated swimming pool was very welcome as we had such wonderful weather (apart from the first night - which poured with rain - but this is apparently a pretty rare occurrence). The grounds of the apartment are very well cared for with abundant planting and look extremely pretty. The complex is also very secure and safe with security staff on site. There is also underground parking if you need it. Linda - who looks after the property - was extremely helpful - and came out to meet us late in the evening after a terrible journey from England (london was fogged in and flight cancelled), so a big thank you to her. Maya's (the owners) attention to detail is second to none and she certainly has an eye for interior design. Everything had been well considered - even down to the quality of the cutlery. All in all a really fantastic apartment - we will always be comparing anything else we rent to this one! We definitely plan to return next year.
