We provide an inclusive 'meet and greet' service for our guests at the holiday home, at a time agreed prior to your arrival. We will also arrive at the house prior to your departure for an end of holiday property inspection and to return your security deposit.
All guests are strictly required to vacate the holiday home by 10am on their departure day. This is to allow the cleaning of the property for the next holiday makers.
Check in for arrivals is 16:00 which can be flexible by prior arrangement.

Well presented, modernised home. Fabulous welcome pack, care & consideration by Sandy & Louisa. Great access to the town, squares, bars & beaches via narrow & steep but beautiful streets. Great museum, castle & monument. Modern well equipped kitchen. Stairs get narrower as you go higher. Beware if infirm or unsteady. Shame the bedroom is on floor 2 & bathroom on ground floor. Solarium on the top floor breathtaking views, overlooking & overlooked by other rooftops & a different world! Great experience!

Stayed for 10 days, owners Gordon and Louisa where waiting for us when we arrived 22:45. They took the time to show us around and how everything worked. They also had a useful self made folder with details, for the use of equipment in the villa and things todo locally. When I booked after seeing photos, I expected a nice villa, this villa is more than 5 stars, clean airy and kept in Spanish traditional style, that we found fantastic. Short walk to everything Castle, town, beach, and if walk to water park about 20 minutes. Carnt praise the villa enough, book you wont be let down.

My wife and I arrived 22nd of March to be met by Gordon and the moment we arrived everything was as described. The house is immaculate the facilities are superb we loved the house Before we left we met his lovely wife Louisa what a fantastic couple everything about this house is fantastic A huge thank you Gordon & Louisa Gordon is so helpful and attractive

Another great stay at Gordon & Louisa's town house in the old town of Almunecar. Some great extras have been added since our last visit, like the new rooftop pergola to enjoy the fab sea and mountain views. These owners are thoroughly professional in their approach to their guests and always make us feel so welcome and at home here, they're very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and freely offer their experience of the bars, restaurants and great places to visit. Always a pleasure to be here.
