In addition there is the possibility of renting a separate apartment with a bedroom and a sofa bed ALSO. THE HOUSE AND APARTMENT are connected by a common door and have a total capacity of up to 12 people.
Internet service is extra for a fee. Capacity is limited to email and web page inquiries. The request for the Internet service must be made before arrival and several days in advance in order to install it before arrival.
Payment is made 30% on reservation and the remaining 70% on arrival. The deposit is 100e in cash that is delivered to the accommodation at the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed.
It is requested that they respect the hours of the swimming pools.
Noises can not be made between 22.00 and 09.00 to respect everyone's rest.
We can offer a taxi service from the airport or bus station to the accommodation.
We also facilitate the rental of vehicles.
Late check-in carries the following charges, which must be paid in cash on arrival:
- From 20:00 to 01:00: EUR 15
- From 01:00: EUR 20
The pools are open in high and medium high season.
Guests must show a valid ID upon check-in.

The house is perfect to spend vacation in quite, peacefull surrondings. It has a wonderful view on the sea and hills. The appartment is cosy and equiped with all neccessary facilities. The only drawback was that sometimes we heard the neigbours through the walls if they had been noisy The beach is in wailking distance and there a few restaurants nearby (but you need a car get to shops/supermarket). Overall we enjoyed a lot our stay in Benjarafe it and would recommend it for those who like sunbathing but also sighseeing.

Dear mr. Juan Ramón Ibargüengoitia Careaga, It was really a lovely 10 days holidays in your house and the view was beautiful, especially on the roof. We have enjoyed our stay in Benajarafe and it is definitely worth repeating. Pleasant house at the (quiet) edge of Benajarafe, with broad views over the countryside and the sea (at a distance) In the house 6 people can stay easily (3 X 2p bedrooms), possible 8 with 2 persons on a sofabed in the livingroom. Even 2 (+2 on a bedsofa) persons more can stay in te apartment downstairs (= extra charge/rental !)reachable through a intern door/stairs. The house has a balcony (Incl. Sunrise !)and a big roofterrace, the apartment offers a pleasant lawn. The facilities are not luxurious, but (more important) are clean and working ! Only a shortage of HOTwater occurred, when 6 people wanted to take a shower (one by one ;-) in the morning... They advertise that there's NO parkingspace, but approx. 100m further down the road is plenty !

Thank´s. The electric water heater in the house is 80 liters. The electric water heater in the apartment is 50 liters. Both work perfectly. The only problem is that the device master bedroom shower has hot and cold water accidentally changed: the blue device is hot water andthe red device is cold water. The other devices are perfect. An electric heater 80 liters is enough for 6-8 people.
