Andalucian Villa Rentals are currently registering all of our villas with the Tourist Board; they will all be fully licenced and regulated.
A better location will be difficult to find, as you are still less than 20 minutes from the coast at Torre Del Mar and all of the facilities that a coastal resort has to offer.
But first; put your cases down and relax……….. The peace, tranquillity and stunning views will soon have you in a chilled out mood, our three bedroom villa is fitted with everything that you can possibly want, even a full size fridge freezer beside the pool for those chilled drinks and ice creams.
Prices are for the property per week in GB Pounds. Euros are acceptable at an agreed rate on the day. A 10% discount is offered on the second week or more outside of the peak season. We are flexible on change-over days and times in to, and out of the villa, however, when needs must, we ask guests to vacate by 10.00, and not arrive before 16.00. Scheduled arrivals between 00.01 and 07.00 will attract a €30Euro surcharge payable to our local agent.
Park your car off the road, there is space for a couple more, and walk in under the covered breakfast terrace to the open plan lounge and kitchen area. Here you will find a flat screen TV with UK channels to view, if you can stop looking at those exquisite views available from virtually anywhere on this side of the villa and terraces. There is also a very efficient wood burner should you be taken with the idea of having a longer winter break, to settle in for those cosy winter evenings.
The terraces; there are several of them, where you can either follow the sun all day or keep in the shade, something for everyone, where you can pop in and out of your own private pool all day long, we have sunbeds and pool towels for everyone. We have supplied a large gas barbecue on the upper dining terrace where you can take in the panoramic and breath-taking views of Lake Vinuela and, as the sunsets, the ever changing colours of Mount Maroma.
The gardens have fruit trees with fruit that you are free to pick when they are in season…..even strawberries.
Indoors we have air-conditioning in all of the living and bedrooms, three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms all on the same level and two bathrooms. We have available for families with young children, a cot, playpen and high chair, to make your stay a little easier. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, and all of the items that you would expect in any other well equipped villa.
As previously mentioned, the villa is on the outskirts of the pretty white Andalucian village of Los Romanes, where there are several restaurants and bars, there is also a busy kiosk where both holiday guests and locals pass the warm summer evenings. There are a couple of shops, and the village has its own Olive oil press where you can buy a bottle ‘of the best olive oil you can get’, to take home with you. Around the back of the village you can see the raisin beds, this is where the grapes that do not go to be used for Malaga wine, are dried and shipped up to supermarkets in Northern Europe.
If you want to venture further afield whilst staying in the villa, places like the Alhambra Palace, Marbella and Antequera are only about an hour away, with Gibraltar, Cordoba and Seville just around a two hour drive; if you go to Gibraltar don’t forget your passport.
Any outdoor pursuit can be reached from the villa, we have a sailing school just across the lake where you can learn to sail, rent out sail boats, wind-surfers and kayaks. The mountains are there to be explored whether on foot or on a Land Rover safari, this is a birdwatchers paradise and there are two local golf courses to hand.
