The bungalow, which is fully furnished and equipped, has a living/dining room with a log burner,radiator, air conditioning, providing, heat and cool in living room and main bedroom. Ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms. All linen provided including beach towels.

Smart TV with 30 channels, mostly Spanish, and a HMDI connection. Free Wi Fi and UK, Dutch, German, French, Norwegian, and Russian TV available on request when booking to be enabled by server

There is a DVD player, and also a 2nd DVD player in the children's bedroom.There are DVD's available in many languages.

The resort has its own 5* hotel with great facilities, gymnasium,spa Heated pool and facilities for beauty treatments

The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher Full Hob and Oven , microwave. Filter Coffee makers, toaster , kettle, Blender, Orange juicer.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both have built-in wardrobes and mattress toppers.

The bathroom contains a bath with shower over, bidet toilet and basin

The bungalow is located within a gated community with a communal pool.

It has 2 small, private gardens, front and rear, ideal for alfresco dining with barbeque available. These are irrigated automatically at night, and maintained by the community's gardeners. Both gardens have gates which are lockable to prevent escaping children but must be left open if you go out to enable the gardeners to cut the grass.

There are table and chairs for alfresco dining and relaxation. A small shed in the back garden contains chairs and a parasols for use on the beach, by the pool and in the garden and a collection of things for the beach for the children.

Oliva Nova Golf & Beach resort is situated on the coast between the towns of Oliva and Denia. It is bordered by over 15km of golden, sandy beaches protected by sand dunes and surrounded by evergreen orange groves. In the high season there are beach bars dotted along the beach, where you can obtain a drink and snacks. Thrilling mountain scenery completes the picture.

The resort's 18-hole golf course was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and here you will also find tennis courts where lessons are available.

In the on-site 5* hotel you can dine at one of 2 top restaurants, El Oliva and Columbus or you can relax in the wellness complex with its sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi and indoor heated swimming pool or spoil yourself in the beauty centre. There are also 2 bars in the hotel complex. For those seeking a more active holiday there is a kite surfing, cycling, tennis, mountain walking,gymnasium golf, as well as activities connected to the sea e.g. snorkling sailing, swimming etc

The resort has its own commercial centre, with supermarket, medical centre, hairdresser, launderette, shop selling beach requisites,Pharmacy ,Take away where the lady makes delicious paellas.

The cosmopolitan town of Denia is easily reached by car and for children the delights of Mundomar, Aqualand and Terra Mitica can be reached straight down the N332 or the Motorway at Benidorm.

Valencia is a beautiful city which is easily and cheaply reached by driving to Gandia or preferably Xeraco and getting on the train. It takes you right into the heart of the city. The tourist bus, with commentaries in your own language via head phones is a good way to see the city

Should you want to experience the real Spain venture inland where the local language in the villages is mostly Valenciano. The Jalon Valley, with its unspoilt villages, where they grow almonds (blossom beautiful in February) grapes and olives. Take the N332 towards Alicante and take the first exit for Pedreguer. Follow the road into Pedreguer and at the roundabout on the edge of town turn right towards Alcalali.

Oliva Nova has a world class equestrian centre where competition take place in the Spring and Autumn. It is part of the world tour.Competitors come from all over the world and of course an excellent Golf course.
