The villa is air conditioned & furnished to a very high standard, comprising of 4 floors

The basement has 2 Twin bedrooms (Single beds) & living area furnished with double sofa bed, tv, & sony playstation + games just in case you need a break from the kids!! There is also a shower room/toilet.

Up one floor to the main living area comprises of large dining/living, with 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa bed & large dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped, including all mod cons including washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron etc. The living area has Sky Tv, CD player & DVD player with a selection of CD's, DVD's provided. Another shower room/toilet is located on this level.

Upstairs comprises of another 2 double bedrooms with a shared balcony, there is a safe & bathroom, with bath, shower, and toilet.

There are 2 folding travel cots & these can be moved into any of the bedrooms, also there is a stair guard if any young children are staying, plus high chair if required.

Heading up to the 4th floor the is a huge sun terrace, comprising of large dining table & BBQ for those long summer evenings.

A welcome Pack will be included on arrival & you will be met at the property where you will be given the keys & instuction/tour on the Villa facilities. You will have a local point of contact to handle any questions or problems you may encounter and any information required about the local area, buses, shopping, beaches etc..

A pick up service can be arranged from any airport, cost will be supllied on request.

The villa is located on the coast, with 10min walk to fabulous beaches at Punta Prima, & 45min walk to main town. Along with many good local restaurants and bars, there are many interesting and fun areas well worth a visit

Beautiful, modern, bright, cool and airy Villa, with beautiful swimming pool, luxuriously furnished with all 'mod cons' including air conditioning/heating, washing machine, microwave etc.

Located 20 minutes from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and 40 minutes from Alicante Airport (via the new motorway) it is ideally situated 10 minutes walk from numerous lovely beaches, and 3 spectacular golf courses also within a 5 minute drive, and 4 more within a half hour drive, including La Manga.

Accommodation comprises two double, two twin rooms, and two double sofa beds. Three bathrooms. Built on the coast with a 10min walk to shops & bars at Punta Prima, 45min walk to the main town for the fit ones. The villa has great sea views & overlooks the swimming pool, children's every move can be tracked from the Villa!!

This property comes highly recommended by all our guests to date, and recommendations/references can be provided on request.


We are happy to book any golf games at the local clubs if required. It is highly advisable to book these in advance of your holiday as they do tend to get quite busy, especially at peak periods.
There are 3 superb golf clubs within 5 minutes drive. Villamartin and Las Ramblas are both particularly challenging and interesting, whilst Campoamor is beautiful, with a slightly more leisurely feel to it. In addition, La Finca, which is about 15 minutes away, is newly opened and stunning. La Manga is approximately 40 minutes drive. There are many other courses nearby, and for the keen golfer, it could be possible to play a different course each day for a week.
