Casa Campi is just 50mins from Malaga Airport and 100 mtrs from the main road down a concrete track. It offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to local amenities.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor complete with deluxe four poster Vi Sprung king size bed, Flat screen tv/sat/dvd/cd/radio, large fitted wardrobes, en suite and private sun balcony.

The ground floor accomodates the 2nd large double bedroom which also has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and en suite with walk in shower as well as the twin bedroom and the family bathroom with walk in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, dishwasher, 5 burner gas hob, microwave as well as the usual toaster coffee maker and kettle. To the side of the property is a large through lounge with log fire, large flat screen tv, DVD/CD Player and Satilite box; a home office station with computer/printer/wi fi and a large collection of dvd's.

As well as the formal indoor dinning area with 6 seater traditional dinning table there is a covered terrace with versatile glass curtains, comfortable seating area and large dinning table for alfresco dining. There is also an additional WC. All rooms have fully opening / tilting windows with integral insect and roller blinds as well as ceiling fans.

Within the mature gardens is nestled a large patio area with plenty of sun loungers and tables around the delightful heated pool and jacuzzi. There is a fully equipped bar which is the hub for outside living, boasting a large american style fridge with water and ice maker, and outdoor sink and large BBQ with steps leading up to a washing line. To the front of the property there is a large flat parking area and mature gardens full of flowers, fruit and vegetables.

Just 5 mins down the road is the wine making white village of Competa. A 500 year old church dominates the village square which is surrounded by excellent pavement cafes, restaurants and quaint shops. The village has several supermarkets and delicatesants as well as tradtional bread shops and fish mongers. The beach at Torrox is just 15 minutes away, and skiing at the Sierra Navada's is 90 min away. The area is a walkers paradise, only 5min walk from the famous National Park in the foothills of the Sierra Navada's. This is a fabulous luxury holiday destination!!
