The villa is located at the top of the urbanisation, on a pine tree covered hill considered a natural reserve, with views of the sea and the town of Altafulla. Access to two beaches just a few minutes'walk. One located between two prominent rock formations (Playa La Mora) and the other, the extensive beach of Altafulla. Both are ideal for children: transparent waters, no rocks, and shallow waters. There restaurants,bars,shops,etc. This will give you the option of shopping or having tapas on a terrace while watching your children play. There is also a cove next to the Tamarit Castle about a 5 minute walk away.
The villa, with stunning architectural design, consist of 2 floors decorated with modern and functional furniture. It can sleep up to 11 people, but remains ideal for 3 couples, or 2 couples with children. There are 2 bedroom suites with private bathroom, each with hydro massage showers; and 3 bedrooms with an exceptional common bathroom with hydro massage showers located under a dome; and a bathtub with a view of the pool and garden. Also, in the basement floor that connects with a patio there is a multipurpose room with an additional option for another bedroom with its respective full bathroom.
On the ground floor you will find 60 m2 of living and dining rooms, which also have an adjacent island kitchen by Bulthaup, 3.60 x 2.00, ideal for lovers of culinary art. Private entrance to the parking garage for 2-3 cars. The plot of land is 1300 square meters, of which 430 m2 are built, also including terraces and garden on the ground floor, as well as a terrace on the first floor.Bicycles for strolls
