This villa is totally and exclusively yours, you have access to all amenities and the privacy this large villa affords.
Bedrooms: On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 also on ground level has two single beds.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are up stairs, both are spacious with ceiling fans, radiators and French doors, the rear bedroom leads on to a large roof terrace.
Bathrooms: All bathrooms are fully tiled.
En-suite to master bedroom with shower cubicle, hand basin with mirror and wc.
Family bathroom has a screened shower over a lowered bath, wash hand basin in a vanity unit.

Kitchen: The bright and colourful kitchen is, fully tiled, modern and fully equipped, with granite topped work surfaces, integrated fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine. All usual kitchen equipment plus a breakfast table and four chairs.
Living Rooms: The large and comfortable lounge diner is air-conditioned, it has two sofas and a chair, Sky TV, DVD, music centre and occasional tables, a modern and efficient wood burner and radiators. A large dining table with six chairs with set of French doors that lead in to the sun lounge.
Other: The sun lounge is a bright and airy room with several relaxing chairs and occasional tables. It affords stunning lake, mountain and sunset views, there are large glazed sliding doors that open this room up, and when closed makes an ideal place to relax in winter.

Notes on accommodation
Our villa has full gas radiator central heating making it ideal for a winter break.

We have two bedrooms on the ground floor, elsewhere there is a maximum of one step, and slopes to cater for all other changes in levels.
Outside
There are plenty of areas to sunbathe, whilst the poolside ‘pavilion’ provides shade from the fierce mid-day sun, it also houses a dining table and chairs for that relaxing evening barbeque. Blissfully, there is no need to move away from the pool area throughout the day as it is completely self-contained, having sun-beds, tables and chairs, fridge, sink, toilet and shower.

Coast/Beach
The beaches of Torre Del Mar, Almayate, Torrox and Nerja are all easily reached by car. From twenty minutes to Torre, and thirty five minutes to Nerja.
Golf
Two very good golf courses at Baviera and Anoretta are reasonably close and we have several sets of right-hand golf clubs available for hire.
Skiing
We are about an hour and a half's drive away from the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada, where the ski season lasts longer than anywhere else in Europe, the slopes are suitable for skiers of all levels of skill and experience, although you do not have to ski to have an excellent day out. There are separate free sledging runs for the children to enjoy, with sledges for hire at a few euros. It is also a spectacular place to visit in the summer as mountain bikes can be hired, and trails to be walked..
Travel
Both airports of Malaga (45 minutes) and Granada (75 minutes) are easily accessible and transfers can be arranged. We do however, recommend that due to the location of our villa that a car is hired.
Distances
As a base we are centrally located and within an easy drive of Granada, Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Marbella and Gibraltar.
Further details
The nearest village of Los Romanes is three kilometres away, here you will find several bars and restaurants, with a market held on Thursday's. Alcaucin, Puente don Manuel and Lake Vinuela are all very close and have lots of superb tapas bars and restaurants offering local well cooked dishes. They all have markets on different days and also all have there own 'fiestas', full of colour, flamenco and local traditions. During the summer rarely does more than a few days pass when there is not a fiesta to be visited, celebrating; peaches, wine, grapes, raisins and not forgetting olives, basically any reason to party.
One of the largest indoor shopping malls in the region, with ten-pin bowling and a multiple screen cinema is only 15 minutes drive away. The mall has one of the largest supermarkets with amazing local produce available and there are numerous local markets. The closest water park is near to the shopping mall. You can catch a tram from here to the bustling main town of Velez Malaga. The children will have a brilliant time at Tivoli World and Selwo, both very reasonably priced and both in Belamadena.
Booking notes
Once decided, we send you a rental agreement and hold your dates for ten days allowing time for your deposit to reach our account, the balance will then be due due six weeks before your arrival. When your deposit has been received, we will forward to you a confirmation booking form.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, but Euros will be accepted at that day's rate of exchange.
A 10% discount will be applied to the second week or more, outside of peak season.
Changeover day
Any day for a changeover and we will be flexible on times to suit your flights, however, when necessary we will ask you to vacate by 11.00 and not to arrive before 16.00. There will be a €30 surcharge on arrivals and departures between 00.00 and 07.00.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Due to luggage restrictions, linen and all towels, including ones for the pool are provided, the villa is cleaned prior to occupation and again in accordance with length of stay. Additional cleaning will be provided as requsted, subject to charge.

We chose this area of Spain to live for the stunning scenery, for being close to the coast without all of the hassle. A central location for the major cities of Andalucia, Gibraltar in a couple of hours and a major international airport virtually on our doorstep.
