Casa Delfín offers superb accommodation for up to 6 in a small private community of just six houses. Fitted out for comfortable all year round living and fully equipped to a residential standard, rather than just a "holiday home" specification.

Private east facing terraces with fantastic views over to both the Arabic old town and castle, as well as the sparkling blue Mediterranean.

The accommodation comprises a large lounge / dining room with a log burning fireplace, which lead directly via two sets of opening patio doors onto the private front terraces with their lovely views.

Downstairs there is also a large modern fully fitted kitchen, a separate utility room as well as a separate downstairs shower room and toilet.

The kitchen is an excellent size, with plenty of modern fitted cupboards and storage. Fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster, washing machine, etc.
Ample cutlery, plates, glasses as well as cooking utensils and tea towels supplied.

Upstairs there are 3 large comfortable double bedrooms (one double plus two twins) all with fitted wardrobes, as well as a large modern bath and shower room. Bath and hand towels supplied.

Outside there is a lovely communal swimming pool with feature bridge and separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool are the gardens, with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing on the terraces and around the pool.

Marble floors throughout, safe box, sun blinds and air conditioning & heating (air conditioning is included, but a surcharge may be made for excessive use based on the actual amount of electricity consumed during your stay).
Separate dining area on the terrace for those al fresco dinners under the star lit skies!

Welcome pack
On arrival the casa will be supplied with a complimentary welcome pack containing all the essentials you will need to get you off to a flying start. Typical contents will include bottled water, white & red (Rioja) wines, cereals, local cheeses, ham, bread, fruit juice, milk, butter, bacon, eggs, etc.

Suitability
Superb choice for families or small groups - we can organise all sorts of activities like sea kayaks, diving, mountain bikes for you as well as transfers if required (see notes below). Excellent situation just 10 mins walk (600m) up short hill from the main San Cristobal beach, with its beach side chiringuitos and a further 5mins into the old town, so a car isn't really necessary if you walk. Private residential community of just 6 houses. Pets are not allowed. Strictly no smoking.
