The house is situated in the mountains at Algarrobo with only 4 km. to the motorway and 6 km. to the beach. It lies in tranquil and scenic surroundings with a unique panoramic view of mountains and the whole coastline. It is even possible to see all the way to Malaga, and in very clear weather also to Africa. The villa is 145m2, built and decorated in rustic style with high ceilings and many fine details.

The house, which is on two floors, includes ground floor: Large aesthetic hall with stairs up to first floor, nice and very cozy lounge with leather furniture, separate dining room and a kitchen in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob and electric oven. A smart kitchen detail that there is direct access to terrace and barbecue area. There are 3 large and comfortable double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. One bedroom has bathroom en-suite and in addition there are still a very nice bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with washing machine.

At first floor of a tower room with single bed can also be used as an office / lounge, which offers access to a lovely terrace with panoramic sea views. This is real opportunity to enjoy the breathtaking scenery, mountains and the whole coastline.

The house has private pool 4x8 m and a lovely terrace which is partly covered with awnings. There is direct access to the terrace from both lounge and kitchen. There is underfloor heating throughout the house with a thermostat in every room and also TV, DVD, stereo, football table and Weber grill.
The house is generally very well equipped, very tastefully furnished with Danish quality furniture and emerges as a genuinely nice, cozy and very nice house.
