Our spanish style 3 storey villa is fully furnished with air conditioning (hot/cold)and has beautiful pool views from the rooftop terrace and the master bedroom terrace. The pool is gated and only residents have access with keys. Directly outside the kitchen is a southfacing patio area with dining table, umbrella, sunloungers and spanish BBQ.
We have a choice of 23 different beaches in the area, the closest being La Marina beach which is only a 5 minuite drive away. La Marina beach is a blue flag beach boasting safety, cleaned daily and stretches for 10 miles with beautiful warm Mediterranean water. Life guards on duty in season. On the beach front you can find restaurants, tapas bars, childrens play area, water activities and a shaded picnic area with free parking. A bus runs frequently from the villa directly to La Marina beach.
Every Sunday and Thursday morning we have the local markets which are always great to have a stroll around and barter. There is a large supermarket only a few minuites walk from the villa which offers a variety of the well loved foods from home as well as spanish varities especially the fresh fish counter. Banks and a number of bars, restaurants, and shops can be found here aswell catering for all tastes and the prices are great too! The local Tourist Office can be found here also. Although a car is not essential, to really discover what the Costa Blanca has to offer, then it is advisable.
For the children, we have a lot of activities. Pola Park is only 10 minutes drive This is a play/activity park for children of all ages. For an enterance fee the children get to go on all the rides all night long for as many times as they like. Adults can join in on the fun also! We have two acqua parks, nature reserve, safari park, horse riding and Terra Mitica in Benidorm which is approx an hours drive away.
Golfers are spoiled for choice in the Costa Blanca, La Marquesa is only 10 min away in Quesada. Las Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campomor 20 min away. The famous complex at
La Manga is about an hour away.
Split level Villa, downstairs double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, fully equipted with washing machine and microweave, living/dining room. Tv with circa 40 channels both English and Spanish plus radio stations. DVD/CD player.Outside large patio, fully furnished for those late summer bbq's.
Upstairs, master double bedroom, twin bedroom, master bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with bed side lockers and off the Master bedroom we have a beautiful south facing private terrace with table and chairs. Lovely to sit with morning coffee looking onto the pool.
