This is a large contemporary villa set in rural surroundings, if you are looking for nightclubs and mental nightlife this is not for you. It has ample parking for at least 6 cars. It has 6 bedrooms the largest been 15ft x 40ft with 5 modern bathrooms, A bright and airy lounge/diner and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the Lounge and 2 bedrooms there is a television with a sky box and dvd player, so no more arguing over who is going to watch what.
Outside on the main terrace there is a full size pool table and dart board. For the kids there is table tennis, swings, slide, climbing frame and a 12ft trampoline.
Around the large swimming pool you have plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun, there is also a purpose built area to sit in the shade if it is to hot.
Nearest Towns
BUNOL which is famous for La Tomatina, a festival where they throw tomatoes. There are ample bars and restaurants and a market on Fridays.
CHIVA has the bull runs in August, lots of little shops, 2 supermarkets,loads of bars and some amazing restaurants, I recommend Mi Jardin for some fine dining.
ALBORACHE has a big market on Sundays.
There are plenty of things to do, In Valencia you have a lot of historical places of interest to see, it has the largest marine aquarium in Europe, the Fallas festival is in March, the Moto GP in November and the formula 1 grand prix in August.
Beaches are approx 45 minutes drive,
EL SALER is a very nice sandy beach with a lovely fish Restaurant over looking the sea, it has plenty of parking.
CULLERA has lots of different beaches some big and some small, there are nice restaurants, plenty of shops and also a water park.
There are 3 golf courses with in 1 hour drive, you have:-
El Bosque which is North of Chiva 20 mins away.
EL SALER which is Albufera 45 mins away.
ESCORPION which is in Betera is 45 mins away
BONAIRE is great for shopping you have lots of brand named shops,loads of restaurants including American, Chinese and Spanish. Bowling, arcades and a cinema. There is also a Alcampo supermarket for all your needs.
