This newly built and exclusively furnished 200m2 house is situated in a private facility. The new villa offers a magnificent view of the sea and the landscape of urbanization in Monte Lanuza El Campello. It is ideal for families with children who look for relaxing days.
The large communal swimming pool with sun terrace is ideal for swimming and sunbathing. There is always a shady spot under the trees.
The small sandy beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.
Just steps from the house there is a children´s playground within the site, where your children can play safely. For security reasons, the entire site is just accessible for the 15 homeowners. The villa is suitable for 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms on 3 floors, it has 2 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, 1x twin room and a family room with a double and 2 singles. The modern decor creates an exclusive holiday atmosphere. The three spacious terraces are spread over 3 levels and are great for relaxing in the sun, dining or just a quiet read.
The house is located only 10 minutes (by car or by tram) away from the town of El Campello. Alternative you have the famous sandy beaches of Alicante and Benidorm, which can be reached in 20 minutes. Alicante and Benidorm are known for their lively promenades and boulevards and have a wide range of leisure and shopping facilities. The tram stop is about 900m away from the house. Very close to the complex you find two sandy beaches, a beach bar, a small grocery store and the tram stop. Other big supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes. Transfer to the airport takes about 25 minutes. This modern villa is perfect for a relaxed and carefree family holiday with all the delights of the Costa Blanca surrounding you!
In addition, there is table tennis and table football.

This villa is very close to a small bay, only about a 2 minute walk. The villa is fully equipped with all linen and towels, linen will be changed weekly.
A welcome pack can be supplied for 15 euro.
Meet and greet after 7 pm will be charged at 20 euro. Internet is available for a weekly charge of 30€, provided via a 3G dongle. Please request this at time of booking.
A travel cot and highchair are available at the villa for your use.
