The villa is new, detached and incorporates both rustic and contemporary design themes.
It has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an amazing lounge / dining area.

The high vaulted ceilings and mixture of engineered white oak and marble floors give a cool sophisticated feel to the villa. It has been furnished lovingly to the highest standard and is fully air conditioned / centrally heated.

Outside there are sun loungers around the private outdoor pool and the garden has palms, fiscus, orange tree and cacti. Enjoy dining "alfresco" with the Spanish style BBQ and outside dining area.

There is also a covered area with glass curtains to allow you to stay outside late in to the night. Have a glass of wine whilst you look out over the garden and pool area.

We have tried to cater for all your needs including satalite TV with movie, sports and childrens channels, games, inflatables for the pool, tennis rackets and even a DVD rental service.

El Valle Golf Resort is a five star "Polaris World" flagship resort close to the beautiful and historic City of Murcia.

The resort is set in the foothills of the Carrascoy mountain range. It lies in a beautiful, tranquil, natural desert valley which flows down to the Mar Menor Sea. Its amenities include restaurant, bars, pro-shop, tennis courts, gym, supermarket and club house.

There is a €120 Cleaning / Meet and greet charge - Payable directly to our keyholders on arrival where you will be shown around the villa and any questions you may have can be answered. (Stated as £100 above as it does not show €.)

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are to be paid in full at time of booking.

A refundable £200 Damage deposit required with the remainder of the balance.
This will be refunded to you after your departure, once the keys have been returned and a satisfactory final inspection of the property has been carried out.

Welcome pack available on request at a cost of €25 or €35 for delux pack.
