There are 5 bedrooms that have been adapted to provide comfort and space and utility. One bedroom is a personal gym with a bed that folds out toe create a double bed. This room has its own shower room as well.
The street level entrance to the house, which also has the ample sized garage and off-street parking ramp, leads up a staircase which passes by your own personal gym which is fully equipped with weight machines, free weights and cardiovascular equipment
and also has a shower room en-suite. This could also double as a guest bedroom to provide the fourth bedroom with its own private shower room
Carry on up the stairs to the spacious principal living room and main house entrance, comfortable dining room for up 8+ people and well equipped kitchen with all mod cons. There is also a spacious double bedroom on this level with its own ensuite shower room and dressing room. There is a separate toilet on this level as well.
Outside space on this level is wide terracing with a chill-out area and seating, a dining table and the built in stone BBQ.
There are 3 further bedrooms on the top floor of the house with 2 shower rooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third is used as an office and is equipped with a comfortable sofa-bed suitable for 1.

Externally the property has two large terraces with lovely sea views looking down towards the old church of Sitges. Sitges town, with its superb beaches, is just five minutes drive away.
