The apartment is located in the quietly situated, protected luxury villa complex Sierra Cortina, Los Altos, approximately 2 km from the slip of the highway, and 40 km from the airport of Allicante.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a 3-storey building, and the view of the mountains on one side and the skyline of Benidorm and the sea on the other side is breathtaking.

The stylish decorated and fully airconditioned apartment consists of a large living area with dining room and sitting room that each accommodates four persons; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a storage room with washing machine, 2 bedrooms (max. 4 persons) with a double bed and one of which has its own balcony, large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a bathroom with massage shower. The living area and one bedroom have a flatscreen TV with digital TV (TV Vlaanderen) and 2 DVD-players. Internet access possible.
From the living room, you have access to the large terrace with a sitting area for 5 persons, dining table for six, and sunbeds.

The domain contains two magnificent swimming pools that are surrounded by the beautiful garden. There is also a parking space provided for in the underground parking.

Sierra Cortina lies against the mountain walls near the small town of Finestrat, and is an oasis of calm in the otherwise vibrant environment.
The apartment is adjacent to 2 beautiful golf courses and on a stone of La Marina shopping complex.
The Playa (Calla) the Finestrat, can be found about 5 km from the apartment, and in the vicinity, you've got a number of other exciting attractions and activities such as Terra Mítica and Terra Natura, Mundomar, Aqualandia, Benidorm, Calpe, Guadelest, Polop, …
