The main floor comprises a large open plan living/kitchen/dining and separate WC - all with access to a long terrace overlooking the pool area and views over the hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
The living area with 2 huge L shape sofas with beautiful oak coffee table and a fully functional chimney offering maximum comfort and sociability either in summer or winter.
Upper floor: Large master room with en-suite with huge bath and walk in shower. This bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe and access to 2 separate terraces one of which is 45sq.m. There is a second king-size room on this floor with access to the front terrace.
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms on this floor: Large king-size room with en-suite, a king-size double with pool view and smaller twin bedroom. Bathroom on this floor has large walkin in hydrotherapy shower. All rooms have terraces bar twin.
Huge open plan lower floor with direct acccess to terrace and pool. This space can comfortably accommodate up to four more people.

Private swimming pool 8x4m for private use of guests only, surrounded by wooden sundeck with sunbeds on wheels and has stunning views of the Natural Park and Olivella hills. Large terrace on upper level (70m2) is perfect for enjoying a sundown drink and spectacular early morning sunrise.

Babysitting service available on request. All baby facilities available, nappy changer, baby hammock, cots, high chairs.
home catering service available on daily/weekly or once off basis. Private yoga tuition on request. Massage Therapies available on request from qualified therapists – male & female therapists available.

Local shop, bank and pharmacy 2 mins. Portaventura theme park and water park 50 mins by car.
Rural hamlet village of Olivella is a must see and only 5 mins by car, idyllic setting. City centre Barcelona 30 mins by motorway 35km.
Direct train connection Sitges to Barcelona 35 minutes. Bus Service to Barcelona from St Pere De Ribes every hour. San Pere de Ribes (closest town) with large supermarket 5 minutes.

For extended or shorter stays please contact owner.
A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure reservation. The remaining 70% must be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date. Payments accepted through bank transfer. A safety (damages) deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €120 is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to arrival.
In winter time when the heating is used there is a charge fo €100 per week for oil for the heating tank.
The damages deposit will be returned within 48 hours upon departure if everything in order.

villa tres agreable

Villa spacieuse et tres bien equipee. Ideale pour 10 personnes car les 2 lits supplementaires sont situes dans la grande piece qui dessert les chambres du rdc. Situee dans les collines, et a 20 min de Sitges. Nb: nous avons eu un pb d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours.

Hello Alex Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated it. Just a couple of comments: You are right about the ideal capacity of the villa being 10. But what we are introducing a separation wall made from japanesse curtains that will add a nice touch to the downstairs lounge room also making an extra bedroom area with 2 single beds when required. It will will an extra bedroom or an extension of the huge lounge downtairs. The exact distance to Sitges by car, and without speeding :-), is 11 km or 12 min to be precise. We have timed it many times to make sure our info in the website is reliable. Finally we are very sorry about the hot water issue. It was a pretty unique and unexpected situation where the oil tank went empty and the oil provider took an extra day to refill it. Never happened before and will never happen again. But apologies for the inconvenience. Again thanks for your stay at Villa Leila. Hope you had fun.
