This Lovely Penthouse apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with all the facilities one would expect from top class accommodation. One Double Bedroom, One Twin Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1 Shower room. There is air-conditioning/heating in all the rooms, marble floors, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The lounge has a fireplace & 2 large sofas,one of which is a double sofa bed, TV with sky satellite, so you wont miss your favourite English shows, and a DVD/CD Player. The Dining area has a dining table and seating for six. Sliding doors lead out to a large Terrace which has a table and six comfortable chairs for alfresco dining. The upper terrace is even larger and has sun loungers for your relaxation. Both terraces have magnificent views of the Sierra Blanca mountains and the landscaped gardens and pool. This apartment is situated in Los Naranjos de Marbella, a beautiful complex in the purest whitewashed Andalusian village style.

Location
The apartment is located close to the fashionable marina of Puerto Banus, where some of the finest yachts in the world are moored, with beautiful shops and a wonderful choice of restaurants. We are just a 5 minute drive from Marbella, where you will find a mix of old & new architecture, the beautiful old town with its cobbled streets and famous orange square, and the new town with its pretty parks, shops,and the port and Beaches are also worth a visit in this fabulous town. There are also miles of beaches to choose from up and down this coastline and many water sports on offer. Visit some of the pretty white washed mountain villages such as Mijas, Benehavis, This area is also known as the Golf Valley, some of the finest golf courses in the world can be found here, the apartment is within 5 minutes of some of the best courses . A large Mercadona Supermarket is on site and a really nice restaurant/bar is also on site.

Los Naranjos de Marbella
There are 4 Swimming Pools to choose from and an excellent club house with its own pool,bar & restaurant, wireless internet access ,tennis & paddle courts , childrens entertainment area and during the peak seasons they organise childrens activities. Los Naranjos de Marbella is a residential complex in the purest white Andalusian style, with pretty cobbled walkways, courtyards and fountains surrounded by palm trees and bougainvilleas, a peaceful and relaxing environment, and just a 20 minute walk from Puerto Banus and its surrounding beaches, just a few minutes by car

"What a wonderful holiday me and my family had at Tonis apartment. The apartment itself was well equipped and stylishsly decorated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Many of the other residents either own their properties or rent the same apartment each year. There was a real sense of community and despite it being our first year, we were warmly welcomed. The children made numerous friends and were well looked after by everybody. I have to thank Toni for the good communications and the wealth of information she provided prior to our holiday. Without doubt, we will be returning next year."

"The appartment itself felt like a home from home. The general grounds of the complex were absolutely beautiful, as we took a walk around them every night. We also felt very safe as there were security guards on the complex. Everything even to the last detail was perfect - Toni had provided an instruction booklet that had everything that you could ask for in it. I can honestly say that this appartment has definetly contributed to the best holiday that my family and I have ever been on. We look forward to booking for next year. I would definetly recommend it to my other members of my family and to my friends. Thanks very much for everything."

"I just wanted to give you feedback from the time, when I stayed at your apartment in Nueva Andalucia 1 week ago. It was a wonderful time there, I really enjoyed your place. It is nice designed and the roof terrace is great. I’m sure that won’t be the last time that I was there. I wished I would live in Spain and be able to enjoy the weather there. Here is Germany it is very cold and snowing since days.Thank you for everything."
