The apartment is located at Elviria Hills above Elviria and is in large private landscaped gardens which include a 9 hole golf course & superb driving range, with clubhouse, restaurant, bar and sports facilities (Tennis, gym, pool sauna etc). The apartment is ground floor but is in an elevated position with views directly over the golf course and the Mediterranean.

The large living room of the apartment opens onto a large elevated south-facing terrace with direct access to the gardens and the pool 70m away. The apartment is newly built and equipped to a high standard with marble floors, AC & central heating, double glazing and under floor heating in bathrooms. Secure underground parking is provided below the apartment with lift access.

The extensive Elviria beach is 5 minutes drive away is one of the best Marbella beaches, family friendly but with plenty of facilities. Elviria has all the facilities required - shops, restaurants etc. together with Don Carlos 5 star hotel and the Four Seasons Country Club sports facilities. There are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

Location Elviria Marbella Costa del Sol:
Elviria is a village located on the coast, 10km east of Marbella, 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Elviria has the facilities required, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and small shops. There are no high rise buildings other than the Don Carlos hotel.
Elvira Hills
Elvira Hills is a newly built complex consisting of widely spaced houses built on a hillside of landscaped gardens and incorporates a 9-hole golf course, club house with bar, restaurant and sports facilities. Elviria Hills is a few minutes drive inland from Elviria on a small hill looking outwards towards the Mediterranean. Apart from the facilities on site there are sports facilities at Don Carlos and the Four Seasons Country Club.
(Costs for sports facilities are not included in rental).

Golf Costa del Sol:
Apart from the 9 hole golf course on site Santa Maria golf course is less than 5 minutes drive away. Within 10 minutes drive are a further 6 course eg Miraflores and Marbella Golf. There are more than 15 course within 30 minutes drive including Los Naranjos and La Quinta and a further 15 within 60 minutes drive.
Further down the Costa del Sol past Marbella on the way to Gibraltar is the world famous Valderrama course.
