The villa is really well located on the excellent, private estate of Urbanizacion Roche, near Conil. The estate is considered the best vacation spot in the region alongside the wonderful sandy beach and being close to Cadiz, Jerez, Conil, Sevilla, Tarifa and Vejer.
The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms (two double, two twin) with two bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, tumble dryer and all the usual cooking facilities and equipment. Lounge/diner is very light and airy and benefits from outside terrace being covered which keeps the room cool. Bedrooms and kitchen are air-conditioned with heating available for cooler times of the year. TV (Spanish and UK Sky) and music system in the lounge. Two additional travel cots are also available but more suitable for smaller children.
The pool is wonderful, 12m X 4m, one of the largest in the area, and up to 2.2m deep. Gardens surround the house, mostly lawned. Outside terrace is beautiful and there is a stone barbecue. In cooler seasons, the pool can be heated for an extra charge to cover fuel costs, but to be honest this is now very expensive due to fuel costs.
The beach is 10 mins walk away, or you could drive to Conil or Novo Sancti Petri in just a few minutes. There is a small shop in Roche but plenty of bigger stores within a short drive, or shopping malls in Cadiz, San Fernando or Jerez for that all-important retail therapy.
Food shopping at the provisions markets in Chiclana and Conil will make you never want to visit a supermarket again!
Golfers will be amazed at the choice of courses available, including the famous Montenmedio near Vejer.
Watersports are available in several nearby centres and other activities include whale and dolphin watching trips, the famous white Andalucian villages, horseriding, go-karts, trips to nearby Morocco, tennis, nearby spas for some vacation pampering, trips to the wonderful Coto de Donana National Park, Gibraltar, ten pin bowling in nearby hotel, the famous Sherry bodegas in Jerez, great jogging/running routes, cycling (bikes are at the house), and many, many great restaurants with some of the best fish and seafood you'll ever taste!
Urb. Roche has private security and is a very safe environment. It is well-kept by the management and homeowners alike. The Costa de la Luz is a gem of an area with the best temperatures in Spain and the friendliest people. Don't expect British pubs and fish and chips - you'll rarely hear another Brit!
We have a local English/Spanish speaking manager who will take care of everything you may need and more. You simply turn up and enjoy the Spanish sun!
