Bespoke high quality property which the owners only rent out for a few weeks of the year. The villa is located in a peaceful and sheltered position with outstanding views of the local countryside. It is just a short 10 minute drive from the beautiful Andalucían white village of Cómpeta which has great facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and a wide variety of shops. The beach at Torrox Costa is only a 20 minute drive away.
Access to the property from the main road is via a short concrete road which leads directly to the property. The private gravelled parking area located next to the villa is surrounded by fruit trees and there is a car port to help keep your car cool.
The villa is set in 4,000 m² of land and there are many mature plants and trees including olive, orange, lemon, lime, and avocado to name but a few.
The main area of the villa is set on a substantial area of level ground and this includes the large 9m x 5m pool area which is tiled all round. There is an adjacent outside shower and plenty of room for sun beds etc. Parasols and sun beds with cushions are provided. Also close to the pool is a large Spanish style barbeque and a further shaded area complete with sun beds.
An additional shaded area right next to the pool with a table and chairs, is the ideal place for having a lunchtime snack or an evening drink. For those with young children a small selection of toys can be provided. A cot can also be made available on request.
To the front of the villa there is a covered terrace complete with table and chairs and a gentle slope leads from the villa down to the boules pitch and a further shaded terrace with table and chairs and a second barbeque.
