Why not treat yourselves to a holiday in this home from home family sized duplex apartment. Fully air conditioned for your comfort this 2-bed duplex is situated with outstanding views midway between Alicante and Valencia amongst the beautiful surroundings of Monte Pego. After many years of self catering family holidays the owners have set out to include all that you will need for comfort and ease. Set out on two floors it comprises 2 bedrooms (which can be set as twins or doubles) a quality z bed can be provided for those with 3 children at no extra cost, bathroom, American Bar kitchen, downstairs wc, large lounge/dining area, patio doors leading out onto a good sized terrace complete with patio furniture, loungers and gas BBQ. Only 20 apartments share a communal swimming pool and we are only 5km from excellent local beaches and 4km from Pego, a typical Spanish town.

Hi my husband Steve and I have lived here in Spain for 7 years. We only live 400 mts from the apartment so are close by for meeting, greeting and available to help you throughout your stay here.
We self catered ourselves with 3 children for many years and we feel we have made our apartment suitable for that special family holiday.
For those using our B&B apartment we live above the accommodation.
