Casa Mirador del Valle is located in a privileged spot above the village of Restábal with magnificent views of the Lecrín Valley. A modern and spacious newly built property that comfortably sleeps 8.

We enter into a large light hallway. To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom which a set of nesting beds, which is ideal for one or two people sharing. Beside this bedroom there is a modern bathroom with shower.

To the right of the entrance is the living room with French doors that lead out onto the sunny pool terrace and gardens, the living room has a large wood burning stove with glass doors, TV/DVD and comfortable sofas and armchairs.

Beside the living room we find the spacious kitchen/dining room which is fully equipped with all the necessities including large dining table with comfortable chairs, dishwasher and separate larder and utility area. From here there is also access to the pool terrace.

Climbing the stairs to the first floor, the hallway is flooded with natural light thanks to the atrium.

The bedroom to the right of the stairs is tastefully decorated with two single beds and a small private terrace with table and chairs, an ideal place to quietly read a book or just admire the valley views.

The master bedroom again tastefully decorated with a large comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has its own private terrace which looks over the pool terrace with table and chairs

Along the corridor to the fourth bedroom which is decorated to the same standard as the rest of the house, has two single beds and again its private terrace with table and chairs.

To the right of this bedroom is the family bathroom which has a large bath with shower.
