Also on this floor there is a large family bathroom with corner bath, shower and double sink unit, 2 double bedrooms (both with their own en-suite shower rooms) plus a spacious master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and its own balcony terrace.

On the ground floor there is another double bedroom complete with an air fan, separate shower room plus a second large lounge/dining area with a kitchen. This second lounge is very open plan and there is also access out to the beautifully designed 8m x 4m tiled swimming pool and terrace. Also on the ground floor of this large villa there is a utility area complete with a washing machine, separate shower room / changing area with its own access out to the swimming pool, plus a very spacious double garage all incorporated within the villa.
