Finca Alfatares is a charming coastal farmhouse set within 3000 m2 of its own land and surrounded by lush orange groves. The property enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding countryside from the main house, its landscaped gardens and its terraces. Much of the building has been recently restored preserving many of its original architectural features. The light and comfortable interior has been achieved through simple yet elegant decoration and furnishings, combined with modern fixtures and fittings. Leading from the house, terracotta paved terraces provide ideal locations for al fresco dining or savouring the impressive views. One covered terrace has cushioned seating with a stone coffee table and another contains the sizeable fitted barbecue and dining area, both with spectacular views. The main part of the landscaped garden faces south-west and paved paths lead from the house via a stretch of lawn to the large swimming pool and sun terrace. The pool area has been fenced to help ensure the safety of small children.

Seemingly remote, Alfatares is only 1 1/2 km from Les Marines, a long stretch of sandy beach that extends from Denia, 1 km from the village of Ondara and 5 km from the town of Denia itself. There are two nearby 18 hole golf courses: Golf La Sella and Golf Oliva Nova.

We moved to Spain 15 years ago and started in 2001 to let our own apartment when we did not need it for family and friends. Guests all agreed that it was the first fully equipped apartment they had stayed in. We acquired another apartment and did the same. Friends that had properties in Denia liked what we did and gave us their second home to let whenever they were not there. 10 years later we have a nice portfolio of well-kept properties and many returning clients.
