This complex has a 24-hour caretaker on the premises. When you have parked your car in the underground garage, you take the lift to the apartment. The entrance hall leads to a large living-dining room with views of the science museum. The stylishly furnished living room with oak wooden floor has cable TV and a DVD-CD player. The dining area comfortably seats 6. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with wooden units, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, clothes dryer and washing machine.
There are three bedrooms, one double and two twins. In one of the bedrooms you will find a computer with a very fast broadband and WI-FI connection that you can use to pick up mail or browse the internet. The apartments have a free telephone connection for incoming and local and national outgoing calls.

When you leave the apartment you walk into a beautiful park that lets you enter a futuristic new world, the City of Arts and Sciences.
