No air conditioning is needed in summer up in the Pollensa hills as there is always a breeze going on so you can enjoy the pure and fresh mountain air.

3 covered and uncovered terraces, 2 car ports, parking, sea- and mountain views.

Ground Floor
Entry, lounge/dining room, open American style kitchen fully equipped, TV-room with library, 1 single bedroom (for an elderly person or a two small children), showerroom, large covered and uncovered terrace with outside dining area “al fresco” and BBQ with glorious views.
First floor: 2 Double bedrooms, full bathroom with bidet, large covered terrace.
Annex/Entresol Studio bedroom (twins), with its own en-suite bathroom. This cosy bedroom features a very spacious roof terrace with fantastic views making it ideal for large family holidays.
