To the south of the property (to the front) there is a view opening over the bay of Jávea. In the daytime you can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while during the night a sea of lights formed by the lit up coastal landscape offers an impressive spectacle. This coastal landscape is the most attractive to the eye that the Mediterranean has to offer. Sandy beaches covered in palm trees are followed by cliff faces rising from the sea. The property is surrounded by the Montgó natural park with pleasant walking trails and spectacular views on the cliffs falling into the Mediterranean.
