This two bedroomed, air-conditioned apartment offers a relaxing, away-from-it-all holiday for couples or families. It is situated on the popular Tierra de Irta complex which nestles in the foothills of the Sierra de Irta National Park, approximately 4 kms from the centre of Peniscola town. This apartment faces out towards the mountains of the National Park and the sea and benefits from the glorious sunshine from dawn until almost dusk! The covered terrace offers a cool, pleasant area to relax and is perfect for al-fresco dining!
The blue flag beaches of Peniscola are beautiful - miles of golden sand and safe, clean bathing. There are many small, natural coves along the coastal road between the apartment and town. These are usually much quieter and can be reached either by car or on foot.
For the more adventurous there are many marked walks and treks up through the natural beauty of the Sierra de Irta National Park - the photographic opportunities are endless here!
The apartment is only 2 years old, is fully furnished and has air-conditioning/heating units. Just a short walk from the front door is a large communal swimming pool set in landscaped gardens. There is a small playground for younger children. The whole complex of Tierra de Irta is secure with an intercom entry system at each gate.

A car is highly recommended - almost essential - in this location. There is a good local transport system but in order to get the most from your holiday and to be able to explore with greater flexibility - a car is necessary.
The wonderful golf course - Panoramica Golf - is only a 25 minute drive inland and is well worth a visit - even for the non-golfer! There is an elegant Club House with its own bar, restaurant and terrace where you can sit, sipping a cool glass of 'something' and enjoy the scenery.
Just over an hour's drive to the north is Port Aventura, the Universal Studio Theme Park - with hotels, restaurants, shows and rides for all the family. To the south near Benicassim is Aquarama Water Park. Clamber over the ramparts of Peniscola Castle and stroll through the cool, cobbled streets of the old town. There are many welcoming restaurants and bars in this interesting area of Peniscola.

No bath towels or beach towels are provided.

There is a Beach/Swimming Towel Hire service. Please ask at the time of booking.

Please note: These prices are for 4 people. There is a supplement of 25 Euros/person/week for each additional person - up to 6 people.

The final clean and laundry is included in the price.

HOW TO PAY: by Bank Transfer only, please. A 15% non-refundable deposit is required by bank transfer to secure the booking, and the balance is to be paid in the same way no later than 4 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. All necessary details of how to make the transfer will be provided at the time of booking.

The standard change-over day is Saturday but we understand that it is not always possible to get flights and are therefore flexible whenever possible - please discuss your requirements at the time of booking.

Arrival is after 4pm and departure is no later than 10am - however, it may be possible to change these times where necessary - please discuss at the time of booking.

On receipt of the final balance, you will be sent all necessary information regarding directions and access to the apartment.
