The apartment is situated within a secure gated community at Rio Real, just a short walk from Rio Real Golf and Wellness Resort. Enjoying a prime position the amazing roof terrace has 360 degree views all round to the hills, mountains and sea. Here you can snooze on the double hammock in the shade or rustle up lunch on the barbeque. With a table plus 6 chairs and sun loungers its the ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.

The apartment is spacious and airy with double glazing, air conditioning/ central heating, plus log fire in the lounge. Cream marble floors with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. All the bedrooms have quality bed linen and towels with ample wardrobe space. Downstairs they have sliding doors onto their own terrace. The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather settees, TV/DVD and music system. Books and DVD's are provided. The kitchen diner and utility rooms are fully equipped to provide a home from home.

The apartment is ideally situated not only for relaxing holidays, but to explore Andalucia with places such as Ronda, with its stunning gorge, only an hour away. The area has an average of 320 days of sunshine and a great outdoor lifestyle with a wide range of golf courses besides Rio Real this is Costa Del Golf! Children are well catered for with Adventure and Safari parks. Marbella is an exciting holiday destination with a unique mix of traditional Spain and International renown. The nearest beach is 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk plus plenty of chiringuitos to choose from along the miles of sandy beaches, whether you'd like a simply cooked fish lunch or to go to one of the more glamorous destinations.

A holiday here can be as busy and exciting as you wish, or maybe you just want to enjoy the peace and quiet, thats the beauty of the apartment, it really is the best of both worlds.
