This lovely apartment forms part of Tierra de Irta (Font Nova), Peniscola, a development situated at the foot of the beautiful Sierra de Irta National Park providing an ideal location for a holiday. The National Park is considered to be the last unspoiled mountain in the Valencia region, located approximately 3.5km south of Peniscola’s town.

As well as offering historical sights Peniscola also provides a long and beautiful ‘blue-flag’ sandy beach. There are also a number of small individual coved beaches (approximately a 10 minute walk) all of which are coupled with an enjoyable Mediterranean climate consisting of approximately 300 days of delightful sunshine a year. This makes it a great location for a holiday destination. A vast choice of relaxing and invigorating activities can be enjoyed in and around Peniscola.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with Air Conditioning and Heating units. It has Front & Back Terraces with views of Large Swimming Pool, Mountain and Sea. The apartment is on a Secured Complex fitted with a security intercom. There are Communal Gardens and a Large Swimming Pool with a seperate children's Swimming Pool and Play area.

A FREE Bottle of Wine is presented on arrival along with essential items also being provided FREE.

•The Ebre Delta Nature Park, (330km2 area which stretches out to sea over 22km with an astonishing richness of fauna mainly birds, about 300 species and flora more than 500 species). It is the largest humid zone in Catalonia and the second most important natural aquatic habitat in Spain after the Doñana National Park.
A wonderful spot for bird watchers and photographers!

•Port Adventura Theme Park (rides, characters, shows, shops, restaurants, ...)
1 hour away by the A-7 motorway, or you can travel by using the regular coach or train services.

•AQUARAMA Water Park, located to the south of Peniscola in Benicàssim.

•ZOO De Aves, Jardín del Papagayo (Garden of Parrots), located 3km from Peniscola town centre. Varieties of parrots and reptiles set in beautiful gardens. Shows, feeding, gift shop, restaurant, play area etc.

•Ulldecona reservoir – Tinença de Benifessà approximately 55 km from Peniscola. The reservoir is an area of great natural beauty which is ideal for walking, hiking, cycling, fishing, swimming and bird and wildlife watching. Cave paintings in the Polvorí Cave are located just next to the reservoirs dam. In the surrounding area, The Monastery of St. Mary in Benifassà (XIII century) and almost uninhabited Medieval settlements (such as el Boixar, Fredes, and Bellestar) can be found.

•Surrounding Towns and Cities such as Valencia, Barcelona, Morella, Ares, Sant Mateu, Vinaròs, Onda, Castellón and Tarragona.

HOW TO PAY:

A non refundable deposit of 20% or 150 Euros, whichever is greater, is payable to reserve the Holiday Property. The dates of your holiday will then be secured and feature on our Website Calendar for you to view. An Information Pack will be sent which includes details of your Holiday Property, Surrounding Area, Travel Directions and Contact Details.

Any remaining balance is required to be paid in full 6 weeks in advance of your booked holiday unless agreed otherwise. Alternative arrangements will be made for 'Last Minute' bookings.

If more than 4 people are staying a supplement of 25 Euros per week is to be paid for each extra person.

Special Notes:

You will be met on your arrival and shown your Holiday Property and the facilities, as well as, given the keys, etc.

You will also be met on your departure to return keys and have your deposit returned, etc.

Standard changeover times:
Departure by 10:00 hours, arrival after 15:00 hours, however, we are happy to negotiate changeover days and times depending on your requested period of stay and availability.

Arrivals after 23:00 or departures before 8:30 will be charged an additional 19 Euros per hour or any part of.

The Holiday Property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. A 40 Euro charge is to paid to the Management Company on your arrival for the departure clean.

Extra bed linen and towels will be supplied free of charge every 7 days, for those staying 10 days or more.

If you require services, such as, additional cleaning and changing of beds during your stay then a fee can be agreed on request.
