Beautiful luxury villa (3 bedrooms, 6 sleeps) with private swimming pool and great views over the hills and valley of Moraira. The villa is situated in a peaceful residential area with its own private well maintained garden with beautiful palm trees. Only 1,5 km from the beach and the old coastal harbour village Moraira. At walking distance restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery and other shops can be found.

The villa is surrounded by various terraces (covered and non-covered) with either looks over the pool or attached to the living room, overlooking the valley. The magnificent pool (8x4m) is equipped with an outdoor shower and roman stairs for easy access, especially for the young & older. The terraces are provided with garden furniture and sleeping beds from which you can enjoy the magnificent view over the valley. The terraces, garden and pool are equipped with lights, providing a nice atmosphere in the evening.
The villa has a large and cozy living with a fire place, satellite TV, CD, DVD and Wireless internet connection, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe space and 2 excellent bathrooms, a modern fully fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, stove with wok burner, microwave and dishwasher).
The villa has a central heating system so also in wintertime all comforts are provided. Downstairs is the garage containing a separate washing machine, an extra fridge and a safe deposit box. The villa has a private driveway with enough parking space for 3 cars. The administrator, who speaks English among several other languages, ensures that the house looks tip top the moment you arrive and also looks after the final cleaning of the complete villa on your departure.

Moraira is commonly described as `the jewel in the crown´ of the Costa Blanca on the Mediterranean midway between Alicante and Valencia and 20 minutes from exit 63. It is a small, smart and sophisticated resort grown up from a fishing village. The sandy beaches are blue flagged. The restaurants in Moraira and surrounding area cater to all tastes, most Spanish in character serving traditional dishes and superb seafood. No high-rise blocks allowed in the town or the area and this creates a pleasant and cosmopolitan feel. It is immaculately clean and well-policed making a safe and orderly environment. Not far inland rugged mountains with many historic towns and villages provide a dramatic backdrop. Benidorm the home of theme parks, shopping and nightlife is 40 minutes south. Many golf courses within 10 - 60 minutes. Ideal for year round living with 300 days of sun.
