THE PROPERTY: A VERY SPACIOUS TOWNHOUSE

Large MAIN BEDROOM leads out onto a sunny
terrace and has access to the Solarium with magnificent seaviews: Consists of 2 x single
beds, cupboard facility, ceiling fan and air conditioner.

Large SECOND Bedroom also with its own sunny terrace
with views of Africa : Consists of 2 x single beds, cupboard facility and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM : Full with separate shower, bidet as
well as hairdrier provided.
Additional GUEST toilet.

Large LOUNGE / DININGROOM : with 3 seater that opens into a double bed + another 2 seater(this property can accommodate 6 persons). It leads out onto a very tranquil 20sqm PRIVATE terrace and garden with superb views. Colour TV (incl Free Channel + Norwegian + Spanish) music centre, ceiling fan and air conditioner. This is complimented with sun loungers, garden furniture and a BBQ.

Fully fitted MODERN KITCHEN with all apliances including
washing machine, dishwasher,microwave, fridge/freezer,oven and hob and a coffee machine for all your holiday comforts.

30sqm SOLARIUM with 360deg mountain and Med views.

Minutes walk to a choice two gated Swimming POOLS -one of which also has a childrens pool.

Private off road parking available to accommodate your
vehicle (preferable) although not necessary as "Trolley
Molley" (a road train) services the area regularly
throughout the day to the shops/restuarants/beach.

You have a choice of four terraces which offers continual
warmth throughout the day. A very COOL home in SUMMER yet
WARM in WINTER.

*** Beach towels are supplied but if they are soiled or lost the cost will be deducted from the damage deposit and will be at least 15-00 Euros per towel.
***NB This property can accommodate 6 persons sleeping as there is a sleeper couch in the lounge.
***Calahonda is a WiFi zone area.


INFORMATION - In and around the area and places worth visiting.
There is a choice of at least 5 restuarants in walking
distance from the property.

For the walking enthusiasts - plenty scenic outings.

Tennis / Paddle tennis as well as driving range on your doorstep.

Only 25 minutes drive from the Malaga airport.

The property in Calahonda is midway between Marbella and
Malaga airport.

The Costa Del Sol is noted for it's wonderful sandy beaches, family friendly chiringuitos (beach bars)and many GOLF courses to tempt the keen golfer.

Worthwhile visits are Puerto Cabopino with its naturists beach, the cobbled streets in Orange Square in the old town of Marbella is a worthwhile visit, Puerto Banus (for the rich and famous - the Milionaires playground)and even further south, Estepona with its Safari Park and Gibraltar which is just 1hrs drive away.

Travelling East of Calahonda we have Fuengirola a little "spanish working town" with a very long paseo (prominade)with many choices of restuarants and shops to cater for all tastes and pocket. The Castillo and Water Park and Mini Golf are just a few attractions available.

Our little white washed village in the hills "Mijas" is a very popular tourist attraction.

During the months of June to Sept there are many Festivals / Ferrias where you can join in and experience the Spanish fever, perhaps even purchase your very own spanish outfit.

Every day of the week in a different town we have "market day"



You will definitely have to make another trip back as there is so much to do and see - you will not be bored.
