Cómpeta is a small white town in the mountains 638 meters above sea level and with approximately 3,900 inhabitants. The town has narrow and steep streets with many small shops. There are a great many cafes and restaurants. There are opportunity to swim 2 places in the city, the municipality has built a new swimming area and the Hotel Balcon in its park, a large pool area. There is a national park nearby, and there are many opportunities for hiking in the area. The beach at Torrox Costa and Torre del Mar reached by car within half an hour.
Casa Aslan is on the back of the town overlooking the city, mountains and coast.
There is parking outside the front door.
The house is on 3 levels, where the middle is the entrance to the house. Here is a small hall, guest toilet, open kitchen / family room, living room with TV / music system and closed fireplace. There is access to a covered terrace to the south.
Below are 2 large bedrooms, one with double bed and French balcony, the other with a single bed and double bed - from both rooms overlooking the city and mountains. Here is a common toilet / bathroom with tub and shower.
On the top floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and direct access to bathroom and toilet. There is a laundry room with washing machine, washing and ironing facilities. From landing and master bedroom there is access to the large south facing terrace. There is garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols and sun all day.
