Villa Oscols is a highly exclusive holiday home with unrivalled views from its elevated position lording over the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia in North Mallorca and the surrounding mountainous countryside.
It has extensive grounds of approximately 400.000 sqm and no neighbours to disturb your peace and privacy. This seclusion however is not isolation as it´s only a 10-15 minute drive to both Alcudia and Pollensa along with their beautiful sandy beaches.
These towns are traditional fishing villages which boast a relaxed atmosphere and have developed into popular holiday locations, especially for families and couples. Despite their growing success they have managed to keep their simplicity and rather exclusive feel. There are a whole host of leisure activities in the area to keep you busy should you not be content with simply lazing in the sunshine by the pool or on the beach- there are horse-riding, tennis and golf facilities; cycling, biking and walking routes, water sports and of course an excellent selection of restaurants and shops.
Villa Oscols gardens are spectacular with an interestingly shaped swimming pool (10X5m), including a shallow area for children, a heated Jacuzzi seating 6, cultivated gardens filled with Mediterranean plants and flowers, lawned areas and even a children´s playground. The terrace alongside the house is furnished with plenty of sun loungers for restful days relaxing and there are also covered lounge areas, a barbecue and dining furniture so you can admire those incredible views while enjoying a meal together outdoors.
The villa makes an excellent site for holding a special event or meal and catering and planning services can be provided. A welcome dinner is also popular, whereby a professional chef and catering team prepare and serve you a gourmet meal at the villa on your arrival day.
Interior
The interiors are just as magnificent, are smartly decorated and offering all manner of modern facilities for your ultimate comfort.
The living rooms are equipped with a huge home cinema screen and sound system, satellite television and DVD player, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii, sure to keep kids and adults alike entertained. A laptop with Internet Access is also provided and there is WiFi internet connection throughout the property. Other recreational facilities are board games, table tennis, table football and billiards.
The rooms are laid out over separate buildings. The main house includes 2 double en suite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom, as well as the modern kitchen, fully-equipped with everything you could need for catering for a large group.
The guest house has a further three bedrooms bringing the villa´s total to 8 and the accommodating capacity to 15. These are two twins and another double en suite. There is also another bathroom with hydro-massage shower and a second fully-equipped kitchen.
The set-up of the villa means that it would be particularly suitable to families holidaying together who would like to maintain a little independence as well as spending time as a group.
Included in the villa rates are some other services: a maid 6 days a week, bath towel-change 3 times a week and bed linen change once a week. All parties will also receive a welcome pack on arrival with assorted fruit, snacks and local wines.
With something to satisfy all ages this is the ideal holiday home for a family.
