“FINCA MARIA SANT JORDI “

Experience a little of Spain while staying in a real finca. Enjoy nature and sun during your stay in a well equipped and beautifully decorated house (max. 6 persons). Our finca is situated in the hilly countryside of Sant Jordi/San Jorge. Sant Jordi is a rustic village only 8 km from Vinaros.

In Sant Jordi you will find the PANORAMICA golf course which was designed by the German professional golfer Bernard Langer. There are holes for professionals as well as for beginners.

The house itself (on private 11.000m2) is situated between orange groves and pure nature. Vinaros with it’s fisherman’s tradition is located directly at the Mediterranean Sea and has beautiful sandy beaches and boulevard. In Vinaros you will find everything you will need and more. Vinaros is 250 km south of Barcelona and 150 km north of Valencia.
Finca Maria is a spacious bungalow with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a separated well equipped kitchen. The garage also contains a laundry facility. And from the large roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding country side. The swimming pool (8x4,5 m) with outdoor shower and large sundeck will make your stay even more memorable. The house will only be rented to families and/or groups under adult supervision.


“FINCA MARIA SANT JORDI “

Proef de Spaanse cultuur en verblijf in een echte finca van alle gemakken voorzien. Bewonder de natuur en voel de zon tijdens uw verblijf in deze speciale omgeving (max. 6 personen). Onze finca is gelegen in de heuvels van Sant Jordi/San Jorge een rustiek plaatsje op 8 km afstand van Vinaros.

Bij Sant Jordi ligt PANORAMICA, een nieuwe golfcourse ontworpen door de Duitse professionele golfer Bernard Langer. Er zijn banen voor zowel professionals als beginners.

Het huis (op een eigen grondstuk van 11.000m2) is gelegen tussen sinaasappelplantages en natuur. Het nabijgelegen Vinaros is een rustige vissersplaats aan de Middellandse Zee met mooie zandstranden en boulevard. Vinaros ligt 250 km. ten zuiden van Barcelona en 150 km. ten noorden van Valencia.
Alles wat u nodig heeft vindt u in Vinaros. Finca Maria is een ruime bungalow met 3 tweepersoons slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een ruime woonkamer en aparte keuken van alle gemakken voorzien.
De garage heeft tevens een wasmachine. Vanaf het ruime dakterras heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over het landschap. Het mooie zwembad (8x4,5 m) voorzien van een buitendouche en groot terras maakt uw verblijf nog plezieriger.
Finca Maria wordt alleen verhuurd aan families of groepen onder toezicht.
