Casa Rosa,is a Beautiful Two Bedroom Luxury townhouse to Rent, Mijas,Costa del sol This Lovey house is situated within the main part of Puebla Aida wich is considered to be the most prestigious part of the famous Andalucian Village. Puebla Aida is positioned on an elevated area overlooking the Mijas Valley .Furnished and equipped to the highest standard, this luxury house accommodates up to 6 guests, and features spacious lounge area with patio doors leading out to a very spacious terrace, there are 4 large communal pools. This apartment has recently been totally refurbished and finished to the very highest of standards to offer you 5 star luxury living at an affordable price.
The Famous Byblos Hotel, Mijas Golf Club House, poolside bars, local Restaurants and Bars, are all within easy walking distance, and the two prestigious golf courses of Los Olivos and Los Largos are just a 8 minute walk from the apartment, with the new up and coming Tamisa Hotel only a 15 minute walk away. A 24 hour taxi rank is located at the entrance to the Byblos, the cost of a taxi into Fuengirola is a mere 10 – 12 euros.
Puebla Aida is located in the heart of Mijas Golf, an area fast becoming known as Golf Valley. The complex was designed and built with a mix of traditional Andalucian and Moorish history in its architecture which is reflected throughout the complex. The house can be accessed via two entrances,the surrounding area’s are full of columned arches, ornamental fountains, stunning tropical gardens, swimming pools and sun terraces.
By car, local beaches, Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas, 10 mins, Benalmadana, Torremolinos, Mijas village, 15 mins, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Cabopino, Malaga 25 mins, Gibraltar and Rhonda 120 mins.

THE MASTER BEDROOM
This Beautiful bedroom has been furnished to a very high standard and has windows, one of which looks over a beautiful water feature. The room benefits from luxury ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space.
2ND BEDROOM This lovely bright bedroom has beautiful soft furnishing and has two arched featured windows with outlooks to a beautiful pueblo. This bedroom has two divan beds.
THE LOUNGEThis unusual shaped area has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and benefits unique andalusian fire place and staircase leading to roof terace. It has large leather Sofa bed and chairsthat are very comfortable and ideal for relaxing. There are three sets of Patio doors that lead out to two terrace area´s which provide both morning and afternoon sun. The lounge is alway bright and airy. It also has large TV with satellite TV (BBC ITV etc) DVD Player combined with a large selection of DVD’s for both children and adults. There is a stereo system. The lounge is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. A large selection of books is also provided.
TERRACESThis Luxury house benefits from total Sun all day, weather permitting. The Roof Terrace has a Good Quality Dinning Table and chairs. The south facing terrace is covered and over looks fountain area, receiving morning sun, the last of the terraces received the afternoon sun. For larger families, there is always somewhere to escape.

KITCHEN
It has been fully equipped and benefits from a Oven/Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge Freezer plus the usual essentials of Electric Kettle, Toaster and a large selection of crockery etc. plus a Cool Box for trips to the beach
BATHROOM 1
This consists of Full Size Bath with shower, Toilet, Bee Dae and Vanity Sink unit. It has been tiled in Traditional Andalucian style and also has a window onto the courtyard.
