This spacious rustic-style apartment is located in the exclusive area of Torre Valentina (Sant Antoni de Calonge.) It is 3 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the supermarket and close to all amenities and public transport.
It comprises 3 double bedrooms, (1 double bed and 2 sets of twin beds) 1 bathroom with bath/shower,wc,and handbasin, 1 washroom with wc and handbasin, utility area, dining room, sitting room, tv/games area and large kitchen. It is situated in a small rustic style complex, therefore offering privacy yet access to all services.

Sant Antoni de Calonge is set in the heart of the Costa Brava in the north-east of Spain. It has a choice of long, sandy beaches with picturesque views and a coastline of beautiful rocky coves. It is situated between the fishing port of Palamos and the exclusive area of Platja d’Aro which offers a wide range of shopping, restaurants and night life.
Sporting facilities: There are many Par 3 and Championship golf courses within a half an hour drive. Walking, tennis, surfing, wind-surfing, scuba-diving, sailing and horse-riding are all available within the area. Water park in Platja d’Aro.
During the summer there are many different cultural activities and concerts in the town and nearby areas. Visits include the Roman ruins at Empuries, the city of Barcelona with its countless sight-seeing possibilities, the Dali Museum in Figueres and the town of La Bisbal, famous for its ceramics.

très bien

L'endroit agréable, propriétaire très gentile et serviable, l'appartement bien situé: 5 min. la plage, 2min. grand supermarché carrefour, maison en pierre. La seule chose en moins cest la proximité de la route principale ( pas de silence pour le nuit)

I was very pleased to get to know this renter and she looked after the property very well. We have kept in touch since she left and she was actually keen to stay on when her time was finished. I am glad to see she has marked the property with such a good rating and would just like to point out that the noise is simply passing traffic along a road leading from one town to another, absolutely no noise from bars, clubs, restaurants etc. The windows have wooden shutters on the inside to minimise the amount of noise. Thankyou very much, I hope to see you again soon!
