Newly constructed and available for the first time from 27th June 2009, this villa cannot fail to satisfy the most discerning of tastes with no expense spared in either the construction or finish. Set within an exclusive gated private estate of only 12 villas and built over 1100 m2 with 500m2 of terrace and on a 3500m2 plot. All the bedrooms in the villa offer the highest level of luxury to include Egyptian cotton sheets, with each bedroom in the house named after a famous king and queen of Spain. The 4 remaining bedrooms are situated on the lower level of the villa being made up as 2 further doubles and 2 twins all of which have direct access to the landscaped gardens and extensive outside pool area.
The spa complex includes a large indoor heated swimming pool complete with roman steps and bar area. This being furnished with rattan sofas and loungers along with a 50 inch HD plasma television with free satellite that can be watched while you exercise, relax in the pool or while you are sitting on the cool covered terrace enjoying the sun shine.
Adjacent to the bar is a separate sauna and shower room as well as a dressing area. As you leave the pool area on to the external stone terraces you can work out on the gym equipment whilst taking in the fantastic vista. If this was not enough there is also an 8 person’s hot tub on the upper terrace, as well as sun loungers. What more could you ask for to make this the perfect retreat for the perfect holiday.

This property is located on one of the premier private suburbs of the Costa del Sol known as El Madronal. This location is less than ten minutes drive from the dazzling nightlife, restaurants and marina of Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque orange square and designer shops. A two minute drive away is Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club which boasts, tennis courts, squash, sauna, gym, paddle tennis and a childrens play area. The Clubhouse offers a well equipped Pro shop as well as a splendid restaurant and bar with terraces overlooking the course and coastline beyond. The course which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros is a 18 hole par 72, with views through the valley to the Mediterranean and North Africa beyond, constitutes golf at its very best. For amateur golfers there are two driving ranges where players of all levels may receive lessons from the fully qualified Club professionals. Clubhouse - Lovely restaurant and bar, outside terrace, squash, tennis, sauna and full fitness centre. LOCAL AREA Marbella Town Centre, supermarkets and the beach are all under a 15 minute drive. A five minute drive away is. San Pedro, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. Additional information about rental rates

Our rates include
Complimentary use of all of the amenities within the villa.
A mid-week bedding change.
Toiletries in the bathrooms.
Indoor and outdoor towels.
Free (wireless) Internet Access
Daily maid service of two hours per day is mandatory. This is required for general household cleaning. This is charged at €15 Euros per hour, from the day after your arrival up to and including the day of your departure.

Additional cleaning can be arranged at €15 per each hour. It is recommended to contract at least 4 hours per day. You will find having help greatly increases your enjoyment of your holiday at the villa. You may add from 1 to 6 hours of additional cleaning help. Our staff can help you with all tasks such as: washing and ironing clothes, making bedrooms, washing dishes and helping you to prepare food, and serving your guests. All cleaning charges must be agreed and paid for in advance of your rental. Daily housekeeping and laundry can also be arranged at €15 per hour.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

On the first day of your rental the villa will be ready for you at 5pm. You may arrive between 5pm and 8pm. After 8pm will incur a €50 euros charge to cover out of hours staff costs. You will be given two sets of keys. These may include remotes or swipe cards for security gates, estate gates, or remotely operated garages. These keys must be well guarded and returned to our villa representative upon your departure. Any normal key costs €5 to replace, security keys €25, electronic remote €75 and estate security cards are €120.
Our home is your home whilst you are on holiday. We therefore ask you to think carefully and be thoughtfully about the usage of both water and electricity. Included within the cost of your holiday rental is electricity usage to the value of €125 euros per week. This is ample for normal use of air conditioning, lights, electrical facilities and the hot tub/pool. Some clients unfortunately leave all lights, fans, air conditioning and the hot tub heating/pumps running 24 hours per day. If you do this then the cost of a week’s electricity is likely to be 3 to 4 times the level of normal household usage. Extra usage over €125 will be deducted from your security deposit. For example air conditioning should never be left on in rooms being un-occupied as it only takes 5-10 minutes to cool a room. Again, air con should never be switched on in rooms with either doors or windows open, this not only defeats the purpose of putting on the air conditioning, but can also lead to breakage of the air conditioning system as it will be over-working trying to cool a room to a desired temperature that it will never be able to reach. Fans should also be switched off when the room is not being used, as should lights and other electrical items. The hot tub should also be switched off when not in use.

NOISE DISTURBANCE
Our properties are all located within exclusive private locations. We therefore request you respect our neighbours and keep your noise to acceptable levels. If you with to play music in the evenings then please do so but inside with the doors closed. Loud music should not be played after 10.30 pm and never outside of the house. Please keep background music to talking levels when outside. Failure to observe these rules could result in immediate eviction in severe cases and/or loss of your security deposit.
