Being located at the edge of a natural protected space and sufficiently far away from the urbanizations quarantees silence and tranquillity.

The house is designed with ample and luminous spaces with confortable and modern furniture, with big large windows to enjoy the ocean views, the mountains, the sea of lava that surround it and the big garden integrated in the volcanic formations.

It is an ideal place to relax in contact with the nature. But at the same time it is very near to everywhere and a very appropriate place to visit the rest of the island. Just one kilometre away to the César Manrique Foundation, four to the Golf course (Costa Teguise), five to Arrecife and Teguise as well as to the Costa Teguise beaches. At fifteen kilometres is the airport and about twelve to the Famara beach. The center of Tahiche town is just five hundred meters away.

Distribution

At the top floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a complete y private bathroom in every one. Both have an access to a big terrace with panoramic views (equipped with hammocks, tables and chairs).

In the ground floor is located the kitchen (wide, modern and superbly equipped) and the big living and dining room, with stereo sound equipments of television, audio and video. Both spaces are communicated with a great inner patio. This floor has besides a complete bath.

Equipment

Beside the basic equipment (ceramic hob, refrigerador with freezer and totally completes set of dishes), the kitchen has furnace, microwaves, electric coffee-pot, toaster, mixer, heater of water and milk, wok, service of fondue, cocktail shaker, etc.

The house provides free Wi-Fi connection, private parking with electrical door and remote control, barbeche and garden furniture. Beach towels.
