The bungalows are ideal for a total getway from it all holiday. The bungalows each are fully equiped to make your holiday as comfortable as possible.
There are plenty of sunbeds and terraces including a private roof terrace ideal for star gazing. We also have an outside kitchen area with a BBQ and Paella burner.

There is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with stunning views There is a lawn and garden area with a fixed seating area, a shady terrace if it gets too hot and plenty of sun terraces and sunbeds, ww have a ping pong table, football table and darts for those who feel a little more energetic!


There is a beach on the lake at Iznajar which is only a 15 minute drive from the house. Within an hour you can be on any of the beaches on the Costas eg Benalmadina, Fuengirola or if you want to go the Granada region you would reach those beaches in approx 90 minutes.
Also available is a 1 bedroomed apartment that sleeps 2 people comfortably. Contact the Owner for more details.

The bungalows are ideally situated to tour the many beautiful citys of Andalucia, it is less than an hours drive to either Granada, Malaga, Cordoba or just a bit longer to Seville

Travel
Granada airport is the nearest which is about a 45 minute drive away. Malaga airport can be reached in approximately one hour (depending on traffic). Seville airport is approximately 1 and a half to 2 hours drive away. Car hire is highly recommended. Cars can be rented from any of these airports mentioned. Please contact the owner for further information.

Distances
The apartments are set on the edge of a popular village. A 2 minute walk takes you to the local bar/restaurant which serves good food and the landlord speaks a little English. Also there is a mini supermarket which sells almost everything! In Iznajar there are several shops, post-office and banks and it has a medical centre which is open 24 hours.

Further details
There are several excellent restaurants nearby and large supermarkets in either Loja, Rute or Archidona, all within a 15 minute drive.

Antequera is our closest city and it is very historic having 2 castles and lots of old buildings as well as the tallest mountain, the famous El Torcal.

The local lake at Iznajar is a fantastic place to visit. In the summer there are pedalos and sailing available, or simply swim in the fresh water. Visit the dam at Cuevos san Marco. Visit the local Subbetica (national park).

There is a Wolf Park to visit near Antequera, and El Torcal is a very interesting lunar type landscape. Cordoba, which is an hours drive away, is an extremely interesting historic city which can sometimes be overlooked, but is well worth a visit, to see the Moorish Mezquita and Jewish quarter, among other things.

Granada of course cannot be missed, the Alhambra is a must see and Seville is a beautiful city, which again must be seen to be appreciated. Visit local Riofrio to walk by the river.
If you enjoy walking, in the cooler months this is a beautiful region to do so. This is just a taste of some of the things available to do nearby.

Ask the Owner for availability for the 1 bed bungalow.
There is a discount for booking both together.
Booking is through the Owner and requires £50 per week deposit on booking confirmation. The outstanding balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
Only 1 week booked for the 1 bed in August.

Propriété et propriétaire agréables mais environnement bruyant

Points forts : Le logement est agréable, petit mais suffisant, grande salle de bain, tout le linge est fourni. Cuisine réduite au minimum mais pour les vacances c'est suffisant. Un chambre avec un grand lit, une armoire. Une autre avec deux petits lits et une armoire. Propriétaires accueillants mais il faut parler anglais. Propriété conforme aux photos, piscine très agréable. Points faibles : La chambre parentale donne directement sur un poulailler donc réveil tout les jours à 5 h du matin suivi d'un concert de coq et de poules. Et le soir, jusque tard, ce sont les dizaines de chiens du quartier qui s'en donnent à cœur joie. Il parait qu'on s'habitue mais en une semaine c'est trop court ! La piscine et les terrasses sont à partager avec les propriétaires et éventuellement avec les locataires de l'autre chambre à louer. L'armoire de la chambre des enfants ne comporte aucune étagère : difficile de ranger des vêtements.

Kayenne rentals are situated in a typical Spanish village. This is not the costas up here it is peace and tranquility.There are a few chickens close by, they belong to my Spanish neighbours, but you have to realise we live in the countyside.
