Orion Apartments Urb. Isla de los Pensamientos

The Isla de los Pensamientos consist on three towers of apartments, The Orion, The Estrella Polar and The Cruz del Sur. The Orion is located in the center.

Whereas some of the Orion apartments face the parking lots, swimming pool and beach, the other half of the apartments have a privileged view to the open Mediterranean Sea. Nothing can disturb the sight, as it is the main coast. This is the apartment you are about to rent!

The Isla de los Pensamientos has a nice lap swimming-pool as well as a kids pool. The swimming-pool area counts with lavatories, suntanning area, shadow area and LifeWatch post.

To experience the famous Spanish Tapas without taking the car/bus, you just need to take the lift downstairs and pass by “Voramar”, a local restaurant where they serve the most authentic paella and delicious Spanish food. Also downstairs, you will find another tapas bar, located at one of the entrances to the beach. Other restaurants are located by the beach, like El Coloso, Casa Benavent, and many more.

To do groceries, you will find two small supermarkets no far than 150 m from the Orion. And if you prefer a bigger and more varied offer it just takes 10 min. car ride or 20 min bus ride to “Eroski” or “Mercadona” supermarket chains in Cullera Town.

Same when thinking about buying different daily beach-life products as sun creams, parasols, blankets, beach toys, sunglasses, etc... You have some small stalls and Kioscos where you could purchase these articles, or take the car/bus to Cullera Town.

The nearest pharmacy is only 300 meters far away from the building, as well as the nearest bank, “La Caixa”. Right next to the Pharmacy is the “Ambulatorio”, the Doctor. Also, right at the beach during summer time you have a Red Cross Post available for emergencies.

Cleaning end of stay: 30 € - Mandatory.

Longer than 1 week stay: A change of bed linen + cleaning by a maid can be arranged after 7 days holiday at the expense of the tenant.
