Casa Ronca is a superb spacious fully equipped modern 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom house situated on Spain’s sunny Costa Blanca. It is only 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 25 minutes from Murcia Airport both from which numerous budget airlines regularly fly.

Just a 15 minute walk away is the sandy Punta Prima Beach, one of many safe and clean beaches in the area.
Bars,restaurants and shops, including 2 supermarkets are all within easy walking distance whilst the picturesque Mediterranean costal town of Torrevieja (for a short video go to http:///torrevieja ) with its wide variety of tapas bars, shops restaurants, marinas and huge street market is only a 10 minute car/bus ride away.

Go-Karting, superb golf courses, health spas, safari parks, Terra Mitica theme parks, a nature reserve, Aquipolis Water Park and the holiday resort of Benidorm are all within easy reach of Casa Roncar.

The house is situated in a quiet location and comfortably sleeps 6 in one double and 2 spacious twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, and serviced by two luxurious bathrooms.. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a utility area with a washing machine. The large comfortable lounge has a family sized dining table, a flat screen TV with 65 channels together with a DVD player and CD radio.

There are two sun terraces, both with sea views and a large front and side tiled patio area with sun lounge’s and a barbeque.

The superb communal pool is only a minutes walk from the house.

There is ample parking.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required with the balance being paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by paypal, bank transfer or western union.

Negotiable rates available for stays longer than 2 weeks

50 euros will be charged for the cleaning of the house and linen when you leave. Payment for this should be made to our keyholder during your stay.

Transfers to and from the airport is availble by arrangement.

I own the property jointly with our good friends John and Lynn Pougher. We have owned it since new about 8 years ago. Unfortunately my wife died last year but we will continue to own and enjoy the property along with my 2 girls and grand son Alfie who incidently features in some of the photos.
