Lovely and large penthouse with large terrace to enjoy fantastic sea views. It has a large dinning-living room very bright with direct access to terrace. Large kitchen fully equipped and independent utility room. Main bedroom with king size bed, bathroom ‘in suite’, and direct access to terrace. Other 2 double bedrooms with king size bed; a double bedroom with 2 beds, and a large bedroom for children with 4 single beds. Another 2 complete bathrooms. Large terrace with lovely sea views, with external furniture and folding awnings.

Renters can enjoy the installations of Tennis Club Coves Noves (large swimming-pool, paddle and tennis courts, ...)

Coves Noves is a lovely complex located in a hillside, facing to the sea.
At 800m. you can find Arenal den Castell, a famous beach with withe sand and all the facilities of a friendly beach.
At 2km. its Port dAddaia, a sport harbour ideal for sea and navigation lovers.
Macaret its a typical fishing town with a little and lovely beach at 2km from Coves Noves.
And if you like golf, at 8km you can find the Golf Son Parc, the unic one in Menorca.

Anyway, Menorca has a lenght of 50km, so all towns, cities anb beaches are are less than 1 hour by car from anywhere. Its a fantastic island to move and know every place and corner.

Summer in Menorca is full of activities outdoors: the tipical menorcan fiestas with horses (every weekend from end of June to end of September), musical events, street markets (during the day and the evenings).

If you prefer the nightlife, at 30min you find Port Maó or Port Ciutadella with the most busy pubs and discos, or Son Bou with the bigger disco-bowling in Menorca.
