Villa de vacances à Albox

Villa Scoob is in a private road of only 7 villas, each with 2,500 sq.m. of garden. Prices are low, so 2011 is the same as 2009 - check them out first.

This is a luxury three double bedroomed (one king-size bed, one double bed and two single beds) villa with an en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and a second separate bathroom with shower. It boasts a gigantic 12m x 5.5m pool, set in 2,500 sq.m. of private, fenced and gated garden. It has all creature comforts, plus a boule court.

The villa is open plan with the lounge, dining room and kitchen running the full width of the house - it is huge, with 3 three-seater sofas (one is a sofa bed), six seater dining room table, marble breakfast bar and fantastic kitchen. There are two sets of double doors onto the porch which has a sofa and table for that quiet ´sundowner´ whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. The porch area also provides much welcome shade in the summer.

This villa, set in the Aljambra, is just 3km from the centre of Albox, which has its market day on a Tuesday. The superb golf courses of Val de Este and Desert Springs are both within a 30 minute drive.

There are fabulous beaches at Garrucha, Vera - which has a water park - and Mojacar. All within a 40 minute drive.

The nearest airport is Almeria (1 hour 15 mins.) and Murcia is about 1 hour 45 minutes away. Alicante is about 2 hours away. Every airport is accessible via a really good motorway system.

Albox is a typical Spanish town and, apart from the weekly market, has shops, chemists, banks, restaurants and bars. The main supermarket - the Mercadona - is about 10 minutes drive. There are English supermarket shops also where, if you need, salad cream and Branston pickle can be bought!
